It needs some remodeling especially the bar area. The rooms are beautiful and the resort is very clean. The service is very good except you have to wait long for your food especially the lunch in the reserve restaurant. I waited an hour. The food is just okay. They need some help in that department. There is no entertainment really. Something small by the pool during the day and then something small in the evening which is usually a solo guitar player or a three-piece band. There is only one bar in the lobby and no theater. There is a pool bar in both the main pool and the reserve area has drink service. There's also a beach bar. This is a swimmable beach so that's a plus. There's nothing else around so you can't really go anywhere unless you take an excursion or a taxi into town which is about a half an hour ride. Make sure you get the reserve if you want better alcohol choices. They also have the adults only pool. If you're just looking to chill out and do nothing, this is a good choice. It's also a good choice for conventions or meetings because they have a lot of meeting rooms. They could use some more bartenders especially around happy hour time. There's only one and the weights are longer. The steakhouse was not open when I was there and the restaurant choices were limited. There is no buffet for dinner or lunch. Only for breakfast. Be sure to make your dining reservations as soon as you arrive.

Had a most incredible stay. First the hotel and all its grounds are impeccably keep. Extremely clean . Staff is very attentive I must mention Raul Perez at the reserved area pool. Great personality,Friendly very professional at his job. Always on the move taking care of his guests. All the staff was friendly and responsive. It was my 1st stay there would love to come back and enjoy a relaxing, pampered stay.

We had an amazing stress free wedding at Paradisus with our friends and family The resort itself was beautiful with amazing views and restaurants. The drinks and service were all top notch as well. Christian was an amazing host, able to accommodate our large group on several occasions. Beatriz made sure that our wedding went smoothly while we basically enjoyed the resort the whole time. The entire staff felt like family after a few days and the rest of our guests agreed.

We stayed in the beautiful suite. It was incredible. Huge sitting room, bedroom with couch, walk in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks. Everything seemed brand new and was clean. The beach was a quick walk from the pool area. The water was perfect! Clear, blue, safe swimming areas, life guard, and comfortable lounge chairs with food and drink service. The service was somewhat lacking however. These all inclusive resorts keep their staff hustling! This can leave some semi frustrated attitudes or rushed interactions. There were 2 days we had to call and ask for service to the room to clear dishes and refresh linens. There were several forgotten drink orders over the stay. Mario in the breakfast buffet restaurant was a pleasure and brightened our morning! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly return.

I’d like to start off by staying that I was very skeptical about staying at a all inclusive resort.. ( first family vacation ) This hotel was all around a great experience! The service from everyone was great. The staff members were all so friendly & showered our lil 2 year old so much love! They felt like family. Silvia, Omar & Laura were the workers that stood out the most with their warm welcoming & their hard work, they went above & beyond our expectations! They served us everyday of our 4 day stay ( they only work pool & beach side ) As far as the food goes… Sushi was great, Italian was wonderful but the Mexican restaurant in my honest opinion wasn’t good at all! The drinks were decent & the location was perfect! Definitely would come back! Thank you so much Paradisus
