Chegando com a reserva às 9 da noite, eles nos disseram que ainda estavam limpando os quartos e como estavam prontos iriam liberá-los, três horas depois ainda estávamos os mesmos, a recepcionista não atendeu sinceramente e nos fez prolongar a agonia sem saber a verdade. Atendimento e atenção horríveis.

Cheguei no hotel às 21h, a recepcionista me garantiu que havia um quarto disponível para mim, mas que estavam limpando os quartos e a única coisa que restava era esperar que ele me entregasse. GARANTO QUE O QUARTO ESTAVA DISPONÍVEL. Eu estava esperando cerca de 5 horas para ser atribuído um quarto e isso NUNCA ACONTECEU. Por volta das 2 da manhã vou perguntar novamente ao recepcionista sobre o quarto e ele me diz que NÃO HÁ MAIS QUARTOS DISPONÍVEIS. Então, eu tive que sair às 2 da manhã para encontrar outro hotel só porque essa pessoa não foi capaz de me dizer a verdade (que não havia quartos) quando perguntei. É UM IMÓVEL COMPLETO. Ele até tinha idosos esperando HORAS por um quarto sem consideração. Porcaria de hotel, serviço e equipe. NUNCA FIQUE AQUI.

O pior hotel que já fiquei. Cheguei às 16h30 para fazer o check-in e o quarto ainda não estava pronto, eles tiveram que me dar um quarto com 2 camas Queen em vez de 1 cama King Size como eu havia solicitado, eles não respeitam as reservas, também quando para Finalmente Entrei no quarto que queriam me dar, estava todo sujo com a cama desfeita, toalhas no chão etc., tive que descer novamente até a recepção para perder mais uma hora enquanto me deram um quarto que estava limpo. Depois saí para jantar e cheguei no hotel as 23:00, meu carro não foi recebido no estacionamento do hotel porque já estava saturado, tanto o manobrista quanto o cara da recepção foram super nefastos, tive que sair meu carro na rua com risco de ser levado pelo guindaste. Realmente águas, não fique neste quinto hotel.

Excelentes instalações, novas e limpas, bem como os móveis do quarto. Excelente sistema de segurança do elevador. Só melhorar o atendimento do restaurante, mais atenção ao cliente na chegada e na saída, além de ter as opções do cardápio no período da tarde.

El peor hotel en que me he quedado. Llegué a las 4:30 pm a hacer el check in y aún no estaba lista la habitación, me tuvieron que dar un cuarto con 2 camas Queen en vez de 1 cama King Size como lo había solicitado, no respetan las reservaciones, además cuando por fin entré a la habitación qur quisieron darme estaba toda sucia con la cama destendida toallas en el piso etc., tuve que bajar a la recepción nuevamente a perder otra hora en lo que me daban un cuarto que estuviera limpio. Luego salí a cenar y llegue al hotel a la 11:00 pm, no me recibieron mi coche en el estacionamiento del hotel por que ya estaba saturado, tanto el valet como el tipo de la recepción super nefastos, tuve que dejar mi coche en la calle con riesgo a que se lo llevara la grua. De verdad aguas, no se hospeden en este hotel de quinta.

Muy bonito y elegante. Pero llegamos a registrarnos ya de madrugada y la persona que nos recibió nos cobro de más de la tarifa de la noche.

Al llegar con la reserva a las 9 de la noche, nos dijeron que todavia estaban limpiando las habitaciones y segun estuvieran listas las Irían liberando, tres horas después seguiamos igual, el recepcionista no atendia sinceramente y nos hacia alargar la agonia sin saber la verdad. Servicio y atencion nefasta.

Llegue al hotel a las 9pm, el recepcionista me aseguro que si habia habitación disponible para mi, pero que estaban limpiando las habitaciones y solo quedaba esperar para que pudiera dármela. ME ASEGURO QUE LA HABITACIÓN SI ESTABA DISPONIBLE. Estuve esperando cerca de 5 horas a que me asignarán una habitación y eso JAMÁS OCURRIÓ. Cerca de las 2am me acerco a preguntarle nuevamente al recepcionista sobre la habitación y me dice que YA NO HAY HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES. Entonces, tuve que salir a las 2am a buscar otro hotel solo porque esta persona no fue capaz de decirme la verdad (que no había habitaciones) cuando le pregunte. ES UNA COMPLETA BURLA. Tenía incluso a personas mayores esperando HORAS una habitación sin consideración alguna. Porquería de hotel, servicio y personal. JAMÁS SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ.

Excelentes instalaciones, nuevas y limpias al igual que el mobiliario de la habitación. Excelente sistema de seguridad del elevador. Solo mejorar el servicio del restaurante, mayor atención al cliente cuando llegar y se va así como tener las opciones de la carta en la tarde.

Buen hotel, bonitas instalaciones, muy buena comida en el restaurant. La unica queja que le pondria es que de la semana que estube solo un dia salio agua caliente en la ducha, todos los demas dias salio muy fria 🥶 De ahi en fuera todo Ok.

Quarto grande e bom. Cama grande e confortável, funcionários simpáticos. Alguns pequenos detalhes devem melhorar: 1) cadeira no quarto com muitas manchas. 2) cortina em uma das extremidades, fora do trilho. 3) tapete na passagem também muito manchado. 4) Se a gestão do QG se preocupa tanto com o meio ambiente (folheto na sala), por que ainda fornece garrafas de água em plástico.

O lugar é bacana, bem localizado, mas a recepcionista é uma pessoa nojenta, não sei se ela trata todo mundo assim (acho que não) mas ela nem olhou pra gente e levantou a voz e disse que era porque não entendemos, e começamos a dar instruções rapidamente e com um obrigado para nos impedir de responder, se ela foi diplomática, o que a torna mais grosseira, pelo cargo em que está, sem medo de errar, sua vocação é de serviço e ela não obedeceu. Dou ao hotel duas estrelas pela localização e limpeza, só isso.

El lugar es bonito buena ubicación, pero la recepcionista un asco de persona, no se si trata así a todos (supongo no) pero a nosotros ni nos miro y levanto la voz y dijo que era porque no entendíamos, y comenzó a dar las instrucciones rápido y con un Gracias para evitar que respondiéramos, si fue diplomática, lo que la hace más grosería, para la posición en la que está, sin temor a equivocarme su vocación es de servicio y no cumplió. Al hotel le pongo dos estrellas por la ubicación y limpieza, es todo.

Room big and good. Bed large and comfortable, staff friendly. Some small details should improve: 1) chair in room with many stains. 2) curtain at one of ends, off the rail. 3) carpet in passage also very stained. 4) If HQ management is so concerned with the environment (pamphlet in the room), why it still supplies water bottles in plastic.

El hotel cobra todo por separado, algunos hoteles regalan agua cada día de estancia, este solo el primero y después 20 pesos por botella, cobran por llamada telefónica y cualquier pañuelo extra. El gimnasio está excelente

The hotel lack of heaters. The air conditioning is only cold and it is working all night without the possibility to turn it off. I got sick because the room is average 60F (17 C) and they don't have enough heaters for all rooms. They offer one more blanket. By deafult there is only one pillow, one towel even do the reservation mentions clearly 2 people. If you need more, you need to ask for them to a Guest Service that never answer. The front desk recepcionist (Miriam) is rude, impolite, foolish and at the first minute of your arrival you are dealing with problems and with her. The parking lot is really small. In summary.... the worst. We decided to leave the hotel @ 3:00 am and they wanted to charge the rate for the day even do we were moving due to the fact the hotel is a freezer. They never apology for the inconvenient and it's dissapointing how they handle this situation. We moved to a Encore Hotel and the difference is huge!

The hotel was really clean and service was quick. I only gave it three stars because we had cold water the last night we were there. We were told they had fixed the water heater issue but the next morning we still did not have hot water.

It a very modern and nice hotel. Quite central for visiting the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A very tasty breakfast with fresh omelets and all what you need to start the day right. Friendly and helpfully staff. I enjoyed my stay there and it’s my Frist choice when I am coming back.

Great hotel for visiting San Luis, located in good area, close to downtown. Rooms and service was great. Upper floors have a shared living space with a view. I recommend the breakfast option. It is buffet with eggs cooked at request.

The hotel is pretty nice and fancy looking, good room service and surprisingly amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice and big, but it's really hard to regulate water temperature when taking a shower, and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Overall, good place to stay.

The location is very good. Close to downtown but not in it, so you can move easily elsewhere. The room was very comfortable and nice although there is nothing hanging from the walls, it feels somehow empty. Everything is new which is great. The staff was very friendly. There is not enough room for all the guest's cars, that is a problem when you arrive late at night, but they took the car and my keys and all was well. I did not like the smell as you go into the hotel because the restaurant is in front and reception in the back, so it smells of food being cooked, I hope they find a way to fix that.
