“No early check in allowed - period. This unit was sold from the Airbnb owner back to the hotel a week before my trip. The hotel definitely has had many upgrades recently. However, the sliding door in our unit was broken and would not shut completely, letting in heat and bugs. One morning we returned from breakfast to find that water was shut off for the entire hotel and wouldn’t be back on for at least 4+ hours. We were given no notice of this and a few members of our party were not able to shower before their flight home. One room had a leak coming from the vents. The front desk staff aren’t great, they seem always annoyed. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay! If you plan on spending 90% of your time at the beach or out and about I’d say it’s worth it.”
