“O exterior e o lobby eram bonitos. O quarto era médio, para um hotel tão sofisticado, eu esperava mais elegância. Os acabamentos foram mal feitos (ou seja, a toalha e as aberturas do banheiro estavam tortas e com vãos). O creme de café deve ser verificado periodicamente porque estava velho e grudado. Tínhamos um quarto para deficientes físicos, eu acho que era voltado para uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas porque era muito espaçoso, no entanto, nem todos os deficientes físicos são cadeirantes e não tinha assentos adequados para alguém que precisasse. Apenas uma cadeira de escrivaninha e uma cadeira lateral, mas acredito que deveriam ter sido pelo menos outra cadeira lateral e um banco de banheiro. O pessoal foi muito simpático e cortês. O atendimento ao cliente era uma vantagem. Eu não tirei fotos, gostaria de ter feito. A vista era muito boa. Na verdade, eu me hospedei em outro hotel, o Home2 Suite in the Domain e este hotel era muito mais sofisticado do que o Renaissance”
