Every single person that works at this Hotel is so sweet. They always make us feel super important and take care of us in any way they can. The lobby bar has great food and drinks options with live music on weekends, and the cleanliness of this hotel is like no other. It never disappoints.

Pretty hard to say a single bad thing about this place. We paid $900 a night for rooms but the service was legendary, every single staff member was kind, gracious, and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. When I went out for the day and came back, room service came in and folded my clothes (even my underwear). If I had to give any drawback it would be that the pool was a bit small for the size of the hotel and full of people always. Even on a Monday afternoon - so we didn't get a chance to go.

Another amazing property! I have had the pleasure of staying at other Fairmont properties and this one did not disappoint. After a very long 6 hour drive to this location, the car valet staff started our experience and was so welcoming. The relaxation continued to excel upon entering the lobby to a beautiful aroma. The front desk staff was polite, and very helpful. I wish I had the name of the very nice young woman that checked us in - friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff obviously takes great pride in their job and it shows. People forget it is the support staff of a hotel that can make a stay even better and they did! We had a drink in the lobby restaurant and had an amazing young man as our waiter. Friendly, funny and very delightful. We hit the jackpot with this stay but to be honest, I wasn’t surprised. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my husband's birthday!

Location can't be beat. Service was over the top, fabulous at every level! Bellmen were all fantastic, courteous and helpful. (Special nod to Travis who was wonderful) Concierge was super helpful and spot on for assisting with our questions and interests. Hotel shuttle service is a nice perk as well! Bartenders at the lobby bar are quick and efficient. 100% recommend!

Absolute amazing service, food, cocktails and live entertainment. I’ve been now twice in a row, my first server James was absolutely incredible & Katie was spectacular too. Laura and Sharlene the hosts were super warm and accommodating as well. All the service of a 5 star… none of the pretension. Well done, thanks for making me feel completely welcome and valued!

Stayed there for the night, it was gorgeous. Everything from the lobby, to our hotel room, to the service we were provided was perfect and exactly what I wanted, I was very impressed! I do think they need to update the pictures on their website because the rooms are A LOT better than the pictures they have up. I will definitely be coming again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

This was my 15th or so visit and it was perfect as usual. From Ryan to Sandy to Patrick and all the others always make you feel so welcomed at the door. Mahmoud was fantastic to deal with, he quickly addressed an issue and I enjoyed my 11 nights delightfully. By far the best hotel in Canada.

We stayed here for a weekend away. The services was exceptional from the start. From concierge service that was just a text away at any time, to very helpful servers in the lounge to the room cleaning people. It was all truly perfect. In addition, the room was ver comfortable and well appointed. One of my best hotel sleeps in decades.

Beautiful and convenient hotel, but you expect a certain degree of service from a five-star hotel when you’re on your honeymoon. Fortunately, the restaurant staff downstairs made up for it. They are so wonderful and exceptionally better than front desk staff.

Very disappointed with Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver BC! The last few times we stayed here the lobby, lounge and raw bar were full of people, mostly locals and we didn’t have a place to sit. The hostess didn’t seem to care that we are the hotel’s guests and didn’t try to accommodate us. We were told there’s no room and had to leave. Not what we expect from a five star hotel! They should try harder to accommodate the hotel’s guests who are entitled to the hotel’s amenities. Also on the weekend the lounge is very loud and feels more like a night club than a five star hotel! We were also disappointed with the decorations before Christmas which were very limited. The lounge and main lobby were full of plastic plants and flowers. Not attractive at all. It looked more like a Michael’s Store. And the outdoor jacuzzi is very small and anytime we wanted to go it was full of people. Very unpleasant stay overall and it didn’t happen for the first time. An upscale Hotel like Fairmont should put more effort into making sure the hotel’s guests are satisfied and have a good experience while staying here. We are hopeful that things will improve and we will be able to return and have a more positive experience next time.
