“Mayakoba is a very special place where the ocean meets the jungle meets the lagoons. The favorite part of our stay was riding one of the many free bikes found on the property through the jungle lined paths, especially at night! If you’re too hot for a bike ride there are golf carts circulating the property all day. We never had to wait more than one minute for one. And the golf cart drivers are so wonderful! Moises was always helpful and informative. Our stay included breakfast which was delicious. Something to think about if you have kids(we have teenagers) .... the restaurants are very expensive. Also, they recommend making reservations ahead of time. These can be made using open table or emailing the concierge before arriving. We had a beachfront room. The room is large and well planned out. I loved the modern and clean aesthetic of the entire resort. Highly recommend!”
