“Great stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The pool is amazing and my sons made friends so it was nice for them to have kids to play with while on vacation. Room service was quick and yummy. Pool bar service was also quick and yummy. The beach is also lovely with beautiful white sand and lots of swings for cool photos. My only issues came during breakfast time. The servers were very slow and down right rude. Getting coffee or anything to drink was impossible. The cashier ended up helping us each time. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would consider returning but bring our own drinks for breakfast. Lol.”

“Don't expect much from the rooms at this hotel. Our room was horrible. Our biggest issues were having to take cold showers each day, the shower head, and other holders, falling off the walls, and we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. These are the main things I look for in a hotel. I want a comfortable place to sleep and shower and this hotel didn't provide either of those basics. The property was beautiful and right on the beach so that was something. I was in communication with the General Manager, Guillermo, at one point. I got a "canned" response but no response to my request for some form of compensation for the horrible stay we had. We will never stay there again.”
