My wife and I stay here often while she is in treatment at the medical center. The staff is always amazing and care for all of our needs and requests. They have been great with my wife and I couldn’t ask for more. The rooms and food is top notch!

The people working here are dedicated to customer service. I have booked my parents here twice now due to ongoing treatments at md anderson and they have been so great and accommodating. I can't express my gratitude enough during everything we are going through it is a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere where they feel safe. Thank you for exceeding expectations

Durante várias estadias, o representante da recepção Juan Pablo foi sempre muito profissional e atencioso com as solicitações, pois demonstrou um serviço ágil. É evidente que ele se dedica à excelência e à perfeição. Todo o pessoal do hotel trabalhou diligentemente e prestou um serviço excepcional. During multiple stays, the front desk representative Juan Pablo was always very professional and attentive to requests as he exhibited expeditious service. It is apparent he is dedicated to excellence and perfection. The entire hotel staff worked diligently and provided exceptional service. Samuel was extremely helpful as he addressed and remedied some issues that occurred. My family has been grateful for the service that was received.

Very helpful front desk staff. One parking attendant at 6:30 a.m. September 18, 2020 (Friday) was very rude. Extremely comfortable Executive Suite on 20th. floor. Updated and lovely decor.1¹

Location, views, staff and food are so good. We arrived so exhausted from a long day of work and the staff really took care of us and let us check out at a later time. The design of the hotel is so nice and it made me wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more.

Antes de tudo, o espaço geral é tão maravilhoso, com muita luz, belas luminárias e arte de Dede Hourani, que é uma adição fantástica não apenas ao hotel, mas também ao seu quarto. Nós realmente apreciamos o nosso quarto com uma cama extra confortável e muito espaço para relaxar, além de desfrutar de café, chá e frigobar para as sobras desde que jantamos no restaurante do hotel, Safina Mediterranean, que também foi incrível. Muitas ótimas opções para refeições, de aperitivos a sobremesas, e nós amamos os coquetéis artesanais e seleção de vinhos. Serviço do hotel e restaurante foi excelente. Altamente recomendado.

First of all, the overall space is so gorgeous with lots of light, beautiful light fixtures, and art by Dede Hourani that is a fantastic addition to not only the hotel throughout, but also to your room. We really enjoyed our room with an extra comfy bed and lots of space to relax as well enjoy coffee, tea & the mini fridge for leftovers since we dined at the hotel's restaurant, Safina Mediterranean, which was also amazing. Lots of great choices for dining from appetizers to desserts, and we loved the handcrafted cocktails and wine selection. Service from hotel and restaurant was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Minha experiência geral foi boa, e fiquei por 3-4 dias. Os quartos são bons / limpos e o café da manhã tem opções suficientes. O pessoal foi amigável e útil. A localização é ótima e o interior do hotel é lindo.Eles forneceram garrafas de água, café, etc. O número máximo permitido de pessoas por quarto é de 2 pessoas no máximo.Eles têm uma área de estacionamento paga. O custo do estacionamento sem manobrista diário é de cerca de US $ 22 por dia. Se você ficar por alguns dias, eles têm um pacote chamado pacote 'Daily Parking'.

My overall experience was good, and I stayed for 3-4 days. Rooms are good/clean and the breakfast has enough choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and the hotel interior is beautiful.They have provided complimentary water bottles, coffee etc.The maximum # of persons per room allowed is 2 people max.They have a paid parking area. The daily self-parking cost is around $22 per day. If you are staying for a few days, they have a package called 'Daily Parking' package.
