“The staff are very cordial and the place is immaculately clean. Room rates are rather high for Panamá (but it is a luxury hotel) and the restaurant is also rather expensive, you are paying for the Hilton brand. Location is fantastic and there is a good view if you have an “oceanfront” room. (My room was on the 23rd floor and was very large.) The pool is pretty nice, it is a few floors up from the ground floor so it has a view. I had reserved the room on Booking.com; when I checked in they charged me $40 more than the price of the reservation. When i noticed that for some reason they were not able to directly refund the money to my credit card but they gave me a credit to spend in the restaurant or bar so that was OK. Was there in March 2021 unfortunately due to COVID the poolside bar was closed and there was no music or anything which was a little less festive than I hoped. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. I felt like most of the people staying in the hotel were Americans and many were in the area for work, probably because it is rather pricey place to spending one’s own money.”
