“This hotel was nice. Beds were comfortable, employees friendly. Breakfast crew worked hard. Breakfast was good every day, except the first day the eggs tasted like chemicals. I think housekeeping could be better. The carpet in the hallways needed to be vacuumed and they didn’t do that the they says we stayed there. No service in the room, unless requested.”

“In my travels over the past year I have seen the negative impact of the pandemic and staffing shortages on cleanliness, appearance and customer service at some hotels. However,I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years When visiting family in the area and I must say that I did not see a drop in appearance, cleanliness and customer service during my recent visit. I had a very pleasant stay.”
