Óptima relação preço/qualidade. O hotel é moderno, com um bom restaurante e inserido num local priveligiado, com um pinhal e a praia a 5 minutos a pé. O Staff é simpático, bom atendimento...e para quem queira simplesmente descansar, ou ter umas férias românticas...recomendo.

La habitación en la página web parece más grande de lo que es. Las camas si que son muy confortables. Muy buena atención, la comida en relación calidad precio está bien. Pero, no está tan cerca de la playa como se puede creer y no cuentan con estacionamiento propio, con lo cual tu plan inicial debes cambiarlo por completo y conformarte con los lugares cercanos.

El hotel me gustó mucho, el servicio y la atención son buenos. Estuvimos en régimen de media pensión y el desayuno muy bueno y la cena buena, sin más.

The hotel is well located, quiet enough from the lively area. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast had good choice and tasty. The only thing that was a negative was the rather small pool area for the number of guests, felt like you were literally on top of each other

Excelente opção para usufruir no Algarve. Com um quarto bastante bem equipado e com uma cama de medidas generosas. O chuveiro com boa força de água. Boa qualidade nos amenities. Excelente e variado pequeno almoço com muita qualidade na escolha dos produtos.

Como de costumbre, un lugar excelente para relajarte y poder disfrutar de Albufeira y del Algarve. Trato excelente y atención de primera. Últimamente se ha complicado un poco el tema para aparcar, pero en cualquier caso merece la pena.

A very average experience overall for a hotel in this price range. We booked well in advance as a big group and we were placed all over the hotel. I was personally placed on the ground floor right next to the hotel restaurant which was not ideal and the hotel staff had no motivation to place me in another room.Close to the beach and wonderful swimming pool however do expect the typical “place towel on sun beds at 8am and go back to the room for 5 hours” ordeal.Overall 3 stars as it was pricey, rooms were well sized and the staff were not incredibly welcoming.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were great, rooms spotless and the food was brilliant (breakfast is a huge fresh buffet). There are a couple of incredible beaches 10mins walk away. However, the location wasn't ideal for us as it was too close to the strip and other bars so you get a lot of noise from music or people returning to other apartments. We were woken a couple of times by people being noisy inside the hotel. In short, the hotel is excellent, however the people that you might encounter around it are not.

We stayed here in a stunning sea view room. The view was so nice. The hotel is lovely, with great friendly staff and service. Super clean too. Breakfast was always good and fresh with plenty of options! We actually enjoyed having a laugh at the seagulls who can be super cheeky so watch your croissant! Really nice pool area, perfect for chilled out days. We had a birthday at the time of our visit and massively appreciated the lovely gesture of a bottle of prosecco & a cake in the room!! Nice touch and very thoughtful. Overall you can not fault this hotel :-) would definitely come back!! Thank you!

Ficamos na parte dos apartamentos, local da piscina muito bem cuidado e com serviço refeição, apartamentos limpos e cuidados, e local isolado da confusão de montechoro, pessoal da recepção super simpático, um sitio a voltar.

Absolutely cannot fault the hotel - stayed a couple of times now. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful (just beware of the seagulls!) and the rooms and grounds are clean and cared for. Marked down on location purely because this visit has been marred by stag/hen/groups being loud, disrespectful and the usual. Unfortunately an issue across the area as Covid money needs to be recouped etc Though the hotel does have security and staff who were attentive at keeping the peace. We'll be limiting ourselves to off-season for the foreseeable to hopefully bypass the groups but would definitely use the hotel again.

Thoroughly recommend, last visited 7 years ago still good. The hotel was extremely busy making the pool area rather noisy at times and a bit of a tight squeeze. Breakfast was always well stocked, constantly being topped up by very friendly staff with plenty of choice. We did decide to eat at the restaurant one evening and opted for the Steak Lovers choice for 2 which included a bottle of wine, unfortunately the Steak wasn’t up to their usual standard, very disappointed. Reception staff were always very helpful, especially Patricia, nothing too much trouble. Our room had a side sea view, balcony was a little small but adequate to sit out on. Rooms were kept very clean and changed towels and bed linen frequently. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy at night in the local area plus we did have a couple of disturbed nights with adjoining rooms but overall our stay was very relaxing, just what we needed. Hopefully make a return visit in the future.

This is an awesome hotel. We got the breakfast as well and it was much better than the regular continental ones you usually get. The pool is a great place to hang out during the day and the location is just off the new part of town. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfy!

Exceptional stay, friendly and helpful staff. The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast very good with lots of variety. We really enjoyed the pool area because it was peaceful and relaxing. The only negative for us was the price of a single shot Whiskey which was astronomical at €8,50.

Continuamos a gostar muito deste lugar, mas em especial da Quinta Pedra dos Bicos, empreendimento anexo ao Hotel Aqua Pedra dos Bicos, composto por várias habitações tipo vivendas, onde estivemos o ano passado pela primeira vez. Estes apartamentos são muito bons, muito bemsituados e com uma cozinha, o que faz muito jeito. Apartamentos com Sol todo o dia, mesmo em qualquer épocado ano. Bons quartos, boa sala e boa casade banho. Apenas os quartos comAr Condicionado. Local muito agradável e muito perto da praia. Boas piscinas. Tudo muito limpo. Tanto nas limpezas dos apartamentos, como no exterior, incluindoos jardins à volta das piscinas e todo o empreendimento. Aconselhamos. WCF e MTF.

Quartos de boas dimensões, o hotel tem acesso à praia pelo exterior. Pessoal da recepção e limpezas muito prestáveis e simpáticos. No entanto o restaurante é muito caro e tem pouca variedade de pratos, aconteceu o colaborador do mesmo ternos facturado 47 euros e colocar no multibanco 77 euros, após o termos chamado a atenção o mesmo bem pediu desculpa o que nos faz querer que nao foi a primeira vez que fez aquilo.

Estuve hace un mes con mi pareja en éste hotel , en vista general un hotel limpio, amplio, habitaciones con buenas vistas , buen servicio, el staf muy atento y profesional. La primera noche encontramos un espectáculo de chicos ingleses peleándose en el pasillo, llorando y gritando, vi como una chica de recepción consolaba a una muchacha inglesa de unos veinte pocos años y me pareció bastante surealista la imagen ...lo peor de todo es que esto se repitió al día siguiente y al siguiente..... éste hotel parece ser famoso en Reino Unido y el perfil de gente que nos encontramos era eso....niñatos ingleses de veintitantos borrachos con ganas de fiesta y problemas. En medio de la segunda noche tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque nuestros vecinos continuos tenían una fiesta constante.....nuestras vacaciones de descanso y desconexión se vieron opacadas por el tipo de clientes de éste hotel.....pagamos el precio de una habitación de un hotel de 4 estrellas, por la calidad de una "pensión de carretera". pd: tan sólo a 3 habitaciones de la nuestra un chico británico desencajo la puerta de abitación tras una de sus repetidas peleas con su pareja. No volveríamos ni aunque nos lo regalasen .

El personal moi amable,hotel limpio,desayuno bien y la cena con 2 platos a elegir muy recomendable. Buscábamos un hotel tranquilo y este lo fue,supongo porque coincidió época de poca gente,cuando pasemos lo del Covid supongo que con la zona de marcha cerca habrá demasiado bullicio.En resumen estancia agradable y recomendable

100% recomendado! Acabamos de pasar 6 días allí y todo de maravilla, teníamos estadía con desayuno incluido, todas las instalaciones siempre limpias y el personal muy al pendiente de desinfectar todo, te hacen el test de covid en el hotel, ellos mismo te organizan actividades e inclusive el transporte, teníamos una playa abajo del hotel y estábamos a 10 minutos de la zona del strip y a 25 del centro de la Albufeira, súper céntrico y con muchos restaurantes y sitios de ocio cerca, hotel tranquilo, limpio y con personal agradable Volveremos !

Nos hospedamos 5 noches, el hotel está limpio y las instalaciones son modernas y cuidadas, toman todas las medidas necesarias para prevenir la propagación del Covid 19. Sin embargo, yo soy muy exigente con la limpieza de la habitación y habían pequeños detalles que me hubiese gustado que estuvieran más cuidados, sobretodo en el baño. Lo demás todo perfecto.
