“Location is great. Easily accessible to waterfront, coal harbor, gas town and Robson. This hotel is in desperate need of a Reno. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated. The sheets have had their day and are paper thin. I can't believe this place is a 4 star... I would consider the rooms to be more of a 2 star.”
