“Thank God for Giselle at the front desk and the valet team from July 21-23. They were super sweet and attentive as my wife and I stayed here to prep for our elopement/ wedding. Giselle went above and beyond making sure we were settled in and helping us switch rooms the next day when we had some issues. The Atlanta Open was happening this weekend, and the players and teams packed out the hotel. Giselle made sure I felt special even though she was extremely busy with other guests. The valet were really nice and helpful each day as well. My favorite part is the speed of the valet. They didn’t miss a beat. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Room- At a glance, they look nice until you settle down and start looking around. There were boogers on the wall, around the toilet was nasty, the bathroom didn't feel clean or the floors so we kept our shoes on. There was toothpaste in the sink from the last ppl.Service- room service came took towels out of our room and forgot to replenish them. So we had to call down front desk they would send some up....we left for the day and 8 hours later still no towels, we decided to walk down there, and told them again they said they were short-staffed and they had to get someone to go get them, ( we just want to take a shower before we go out tonight), we have them additional 2 hours before we knocked on my sister's door and asked them for towels.We left and got back to the hotel around 3 am and still NO towels. So my husband went back down and I called15 minutes later a guy in a baseball cap/ Street clothes showed up with towels. All that for towels.Valet- was great.Restaurant- was nice, but the food was not flavorful. But I like having somewhere to quick to go toand they offer room serviceCommute- perfect location to store and restaurants.”
