“We do not recommend this hotel. It is impossible to sleep with loud music playing every night from within the building. The staff only apologizes but nothing is done. The breakfast is not ready at the time they say it should be. We were told at check-in that housekeeping would not come to our room unless we requested service. We said we did not want housekeeping, yet they entered our room and did “cleaning” more than once. This is a very disappointing stay and a poor reflection on the Marriott name.”

“Eu fiquei em novembro. O hotel foi inaugurado recentemente e tem muito sucesso. Tendência projetada em termos de arquitetura e conceito. A qualidade do sono, a cama e o quarto muito confortáveis, o buffet de café da manhã, a limpeza, a atenção e a relevância do pessoal estão de acordo com os padrões internacionais. Gostaria de agradecer à administração e a toda a equipe por tornar esta uma experiência de estadia agradável. Registrado como meu hotel favorito em Istambul. Esperando vê-lo novamente.”
