“The hotel is perfect for those visiting the NEC or needing the airport and the facilities, food and rooms are great. The reason I can’t leave a five star review this time is because the hotel was ridiculously short staffed. We were unable to check in until after 8pm (check in was meant to be from 3pm), the wait at the bar was long and although we had paid for rooms already via our company, they demanded we pay again! However, we were refunded the following day, and the limited number of staff who were there, were trying their best. Katya in particular was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service.”
