Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma has set the bar for any future hotels I stay in thanks to my visit in September.- Beautiful hotel both inside and out - Stunning hotel room that felt premium and comfortable. Not forgetting the seriously comfortable mattress and AC keeping the room the cool. Followed by a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. - Breakfast gives you as many options as possible meeting the needs of all the guests. - Most importantly I cannot get over how professional, motivated and caring the members of staff are. It's amazing to see a team that works together so fluently and puts the customer first.I've already book marked the hotel for any future breaks to Palma.Thanks Hadleigh

Ik heb erg genoten. Het personeel is echt tiptop niks over te klagen. Je word echt als een koning behandeld.Wij zijn door de kok Pedro geholpen en we voelden ons echt als een koning.Ober Toni heeft ons geholpen met drankjes en is erg vrolijk en gastvrij.Serveerster Raquel heeft ons tijdens het ontbijt en de lunch geholpen en is super gezellig en gastvrij.We zijn deze vakantie niets tekort gekomen en zouden deze reis zeker weer opnieuw doen! Het eten is echt fantastisch.Dit hotel is zeker aan te raden!

Het personeel is onwijs gastvriendelijk en helpt je met alles. Om een voorbeeld te geven; mijn schoonmoeder heeft een gluten-intolerantie en kreeg van chef Pedro elke avond een hele rondleiding bij het buffet wat ze kon eten en wat niet. Hij maakte speciale gluten vrije gerechten voor haar en als we iets extra’s wilde hebben konden we altijd bij hem terrecht. Verder werden we bediend door Toni en Raquel. Allebei ontzettend aardig en in voor een grapje. Misschien is gastvrijheid van het personeel een klein detail, maar voor mij ontzettend belangrijk. Ik vind het samen met de prachtige lobby, kamer en tuin van het hotel fantastisch hier!

We have had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff have been amazing, especially Pedro going above and beyond to ensure we have a great time. The food and drinks as part of the all-inclusive package have been fresh and always offered lots of variety. All of the pool, bar and restaurant staff have been excellent! We have had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff have been amazing, especially Pedro going above and beyond to ensure we have a great time. Un bufett de máxima categoría,variado y con una presentación estupenda,buen gusto en cuanto ala presentación y un trato personal excelente,desde el katagi unas vistas de maravilla sobre el arenal y tanto como en el restaurante como el chef como todo el personal un 10 👏👏👏👍

On the whole, the hotel and staff have been excellent but there have been a few issues which is why I'm rating 4/5 however, after expressing my disappointment over an incident with one of the staff, the manager upgraded us to All Inclusive, which was a generous offer and compensation for the unpleasant incident. My only other gripes were the toilet paper in the hotel Ros was the cheap, nasty stuff. Everything else about the room was luxury so odd they didn't bring this in line with the other items in the bathroom and the new law, that although alcoholic drinks are included in the All Inclusive, they are maxed at 3 per adult and only with a meal. This is, however, across all hotels but a big difference to the normal indulgence of an All Inclusive holiday, none the less. Would I stay again? Yes, but id bring my own loo roll and probably stay BnB as All Inclusive not worth the price tag. Must also mention that the breakfast buffet was excellent. Hopefully my next stay will be 5/5.

We had an issue with the hotel at check in but the manager Yolanda went out of her way to rectify the situation. She did everything she could to show us the level of service that this hotel provides their guests. We really could not ask for more. The hotel itself was also great and would definitely stay again.

Después de tanto estrés rutinario, hemos encontrado el paraíso de la relajación. Desde la llegada, el trato en recepción, como en el bar piscina, un lujo estar tumbada en la hamaca y que te sirvan los camareros, pasando por el bufetey el spa, todo un 10. Lo mejor la habitación, lujosa, espaciosa y unas vistas increíbles. Gracias equipo llaud y gracias sobre todo a Karina por su recomendación!!!

Increíble, reservamos el bono spa y brunch. Nos han tratado como reinas literalmente tanto en spa como en el brunch. El spa genial, grande y espacioso con un montón de chorros y burbujas, el brunch buenísimo y las vistas espectaculares. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

We went to Majorca for 9 days. We booked our stay for 3 nights. The four first days were so good especially because of the staff members who gave me and my wife great experience so we decided to prolong our stay! First thanks for Marc who showed us around with huge smile under his mask, even stuff in the room. Second to Sofia who asked about us every day before each meal. And last, tough biggest thanks to the Chef Pedro Martinez who have made those first days to an amazing culinary experience! Great thanks to you!! Your food tast so good! We are looking forward for our next days staying in this great Iberostar Llaüt hotel

I would give 5 stars to the hotel really good service, nice and modern rooms. Breakfast was also worth its money. The only negative point I have is the restaurants Teppanyaki menu... The food was wonderful, but it felt like a little rip off. If you order a menu and completely don't get what is written on the menu, you rather get the same as the menu which costs 30€ less. Please change the menu

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, and continue to return because it has great communication, it’s spotlessly clean and it has pretty much all the facilities. The pictures are deceiving as are the listings on booking sites. You pay for a sea view, and the beautiful rooftop is only for premium guests who also pay extra. Poolside they lack a little “attention” from the bar service. They have an opportunity to earn more money here with many thirsty hot guests by the pool! Overall it’s worth the visit!

Very nice hotel, very comfortable with very helpful and attentive staff. Very well located, without noise pollution because of the party places, airport etc. Very easy to organize activities or rent cars, bikes etc. Very comfortable beds, spacious room with very large shower. Varied and nicely presented buffet, very good food and nice breakfast on the terrace. The pool is salt water and pleasant but smaller than expected. We were two best friends and had an AMAZING time there! We would come back with pleasure in the future!
