“The room is very clean; Right across the street is daily parking for $35 (does not belong to hotel); 9 minute walk to the Ferry Building; Complementary tea & coffee on the 3rd floor around 5:30am - 10am. Missing shower cap, shoe cloth, sewing kit, q-tips, or cotton balls; had 2 bath towels & 1 robe for a 2 person stay; complementary water bottle was openned - thus had to pay for fancy Spring water; parking is $70; couldn't connect to wifi.”

Came here for a nice vacation in the city. Horribly disappointed. For the price paid for each room, you’d think they would have shampoo. But I was told they ran out and was offered shower gel. Go and buy some more! Also, the items that were in the shower were half full, meaning that they were not replaced after the last person used them. This is completely unacceptable.
Update: Housekeeping did bring shampoo two hours after I asked for it and was told there was none. Also pretty ridiculous as it had already been out on Friday when they cleaned rooms, so why not look better then?
On our second day I realized that the comforter had all sorts of stains and holes in it (pictures included). Slightly gross.
We went to breakfast at the park city grill on Sunday. The food was fine but they couldn’t even get a simple order modification correct. I asked for eggs Benedict with the Canadian bacon on the side and it came out with the meat on the English muffin, under the egg. I asked for it on the side because I’m a vegetarian, but my partner loves meat, so I wanted it for him. I said something when it arrived but the server ignored my comment and walked away.
The view is great, but everything else is not up to the standards I’d expect from a high end Marriott hotel.

Great location for sightseeing. Also a nice property that has been maintained well. Kat at the front desk is amazing. She added that personal touch that you don't often find at a large hotel. Thanks Kat for going out of your way to make us feel welcome.

This place was more than amazing. From the moment I arrived my wife and I were treated with the highest regard. We wanted to sleep in and they gave us a more than needed late check out. If all hotels trained their employees like the fabulous Le meridien the world would be a better place. Whenever I am in the bay area I will only stay at one place and it's this one. Thank you great staff for making my stay a memorable one. You guys have a customer for life now.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we can’t say enough great things about it. First of all, it is a very good value for such a nice property. It is meticulously clean and the service is outstanding. My husband recently stayed at a much fancier Marriott property in SF and thought this one was better due to the easy in/out and neighborhood. We came on a weekend and were expecting lots of homeless people especially since there is a park nearby. It was very clean and nice and we even walked our dog at 11:30 pm and didn’t not experience any problems. This is probably the best place to stay if you have a dog since there is a really nice rooftop grassy dog park across the street with quick access. All of the front desk reception were extremely gracious and overall just a really great choice for SF.

What a great experience, the front desk staff was beyond accommodating and professional. Our suite on the 23rd floor was really wonderful. Great views and plenty of space. The suite had a queen bed which I wasn’t expecting but we survived. Mina’s is right around the corner and a great place to grab some food.

As always, the staff are the best. They greet you cheerfully, are considerate, and do their jobs well. The hotel is contemporary and doesn't seem to go out of style. The rooms are plush and comfortable.

We checked in at 4am, after a very long drive. The valet and front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and got us settled in right away. They got us into a room with 2 beds, to accommodate our family of 4. Only 2 of the 4 elevators seemed to be working, which made for slow going at peak times.

Very nice hotel! Clean, very classy bar. Staff were helpful and friendly. I seem to have had some sort of allergic reaction to the bed sheets. Im not sure if it was the fabric softener or laundry soap, but it made my skin incredibly irritated. Otherwise, everything was great.

The friendly man at the front desk got me a great room on the very top floor. The view was amazing! The bed was dreamy. And they have my favorite crushed ice in the ice machine! I felt so taken care of.

Location is walking distance to Chinatown and the Ferry Building. $70 parking?! Park at the Hilton just down the street instead. Don't bother trying to get a cappuccino in the AM. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the request.

The view we had was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our valet was awesome couldn't have asked for a better guy. I'm definitely coming back! Not very many channels to choose from on the television. But the city has you so busy no reason to watch tv I guess

I have stayed at two different Le Meridien hotels in Paris, and I have stayed the San Francisco hotel several times. I have always been impressed with the French attention to detail and comfort, and I have never been disappointed with Le Meridien. Le Meridien's parking fee ($71 per night) is far more expensive than valet parking at other SF luxury hotels. Hotel staff will not tell you that you can park directly across the street in Embarcadero Center One for $35 per night.
