“Todo excelente pero tendrían q servir bebidas por lo menos hasta las 12 por q la gente está de vacaciones. Y también vemos un crimen q tengan a 4 delfines en una piscina toda su vida encerrados en una piscina de apenas 4 metros para esplotarlos por sacar dinero. No lo veo justo los animales están mejor en su habita. Y no encerrados en una piscina.”

“We have just returned from a 12 day stay and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Yes the food is great with multiple gourmet dining options (booking required) and a great and varied buffet. Yes the pool and surrounding areas are also great and well kept. But what really makes this place special is the customer friendly and talented team that worked tirelessly to keep guests active and entertained.
I would especially call out Perla, who runs the gym and yoga classes and was amazing. Great classes and knowledge, also super helpful. Also Erica in the entertainment team is fabulous, entertaining all through the day and giving amazing Latin dance lessons.
