“Stayed here for 4 nights. First night we had no hot water, it wasn't fixed till 10am.
When the water was fixed, we discovered that our shower would flood the bathroom floor no matter what we did. The tiles weren't angled properly, and it would drain out of the shower.
We were also only given one towel, and no toilet paper. Had to call room service to get some, waiting almost two hours before it showed up.
When the hotel staff member showed up with our towels, he proceeded to unlock the door and dump them in. No knock or anything. Very surprising.
Breakfast was very basic. Ran out Quickly.
The only positive, was that everything was extremely clean in the room.
Pretty disappointed overall. Wouldn't recommend.”

“Always a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast and happy hour are included. Front desk staff, will always give a couple free bottles of water when asked, and typically have complementary travel items for the occasional forgotten toothbrush. Rarely ever have a problem, and when it happens, front desk is more than happy to help.”
