“Estivemos no The Gabriel para 5 dias e o que tenho para dizer é que o restaurante, como todo o hall da entrada salvou o The Gabriel! Assim que chegamos já fomos surpreendidos com a não ajuda no carregamento das malas. A coisa funciona assim:por o hotel ficar na Ocean Drive que não é mais permitido para o tráfego de carros, precisamos parar o carro na esquina do hotel, entregar o carro para o serviço de wallet e andar uns 50 metros empurrando as malas até chegar na porta do hotel, aí você tem que subir uns 4 degraus, empurrar a porta da entrada e tudo isso sozinha, não tivemos ninguém para nos ajudar. Uuffaa!!! chegamos no recepção!!! Tivemos sorte de encontrar duas recepcionistas muito simpáticas , uma delas se chama SAM e a outra infelizmente não me lembro o nome. O quarto era ok com vista para o mar e limpo, a televisão não funcionava, o telefone do quarto também não funcionava,o cofre também não funcionava, pois estava sem baterias. Meu marido desceu então na recepção e o problema foi então resolvido, pois a SAM providenciou tudo. No outro dia o elevador quebrou e ficamos praticamente 2 dias subindo as escadas a pé (não achei ruim, pois já me exercitava logo de manhã 😉)O problema é que eles não colocaram uma placa avisando sobre o problema é as vezes as pessoas ficavam esperando na porta 😩😩. No final do dia chegando da praia, constatei que não havia papel higiênico, acredito que a faxineira tenha se esquecido 😩😮. Tudo isso sem falar que quando precisávamos do carro tínhamos que avisar com 15 minutos de antecedência, mas isso só funcionava quando a SAM estava na recepção, pois os outros sempre se esqueciam de pedirem para buscar o carro. Gostamos muito de todo o andar térreo, do restaurante do Bar onde tinha o VALDECI, um rapaz muito simpático e da área da piscina! Se nós voltaríamos??? Não sabemos ao certo, pois acreditamos que por ser recente inaugurado, existe aindauma série de detalhes a serem resolvidos.”
