“Absolutely wonderful and accommodating! This people go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! This is a beautiful hotel with one of the best pools and hot tubs I’ve seen. The people are amazing and truly will do everything in their power to help you. We had to arrive early with two young child and they made it an easy and enjoyable process. Highly recommended.***also thank you for the early check in. We appreciated that. Absolutamente maravilhoso e acolhedor! “I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Elser Hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We utilized the valet daily, all the guys were quick, courteous and attentive. The property is clean, smells amazing and comfortable, the pool area was just stunning. I truly hope this hotel continues to wow their guests. I will return and I look forward to my next stay. Oh and PS- I had a small issue with a refund of the incidentals on my card, but I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman that resolved my issue immediately. He was quick and I am super grateful!
