“Such a fantastic hotel, and we literally can’t believe the value for money. The hotel gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The overall facilities at the hotel are great. We purchased buffet breakfast at the hotel via Groupon, as it was ½ the price of paying directly to the hotel.
The hotel is quite far away from anything, so if you’re looking for food or shopping, the closest mall is about 2km away.
Also, at the times the lifts are incredibly slow. They seem to isolate the lifts down to 2-3 public lifts, and generally the lifts themselves are slow. So you can sometimes be waiting 5+ minutes. With social distancing, it means you also can miss a lift because it’s already got many guests in it.
Bed is super comfortable, as are the pillows! Very lush!”

“Nice room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was caring. HOWEVER:
- Before we arrived, it had never been mentioned that the view on the Emirates Palace required to pay additional costs
- Photos are misrepresentative. The pool area is a lot less luxurious than it looks like. Plus, it is noisy (construction works)
- At the pool / on the beach / during breakfast : view on construction works (with the sound that goes with it)
- The room was cold (impossible to reach a temperature above 20 ºC)
- Small beach (8 spots)
- Not a lot of sunbeds around the pool (need to arrive before 9 am to get one)
- Massages must be booked 5 days in advance (it was peak season)
- 0 effort on the service and the decoration of the outside area of the Italian restaurant (surprising when we see the inside)”
