Meu marido fez uma reserva no ALRAYYAN HOTEL DOHA para nossos 2 dias de quarentena. E fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o quarto. O quarto estava tão empoeirado e não estava limpo. A comida era absolutamente atroz. Ele chegaria em sacos de papel pardo e seria deixado do lado de fora do nosso quarto sem uma chamada de cortesia.Horrível estadia de quarentena! NÃO RESERVE

Passei duas noites com minha família aqui para a quarentena obrigatória do hotel. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 8h, muito cedo para o check-in. O oficial de check-in, Sr. Rafat, foi muito profissional e abriu o salão de baile para meu filho pequeno correr enquanto esperávamos. Ele até serviu nosso café da manhã lá. Nos foi dado um quarto em 90 minutos. Menção especial também ao Sr. Fares. Bom trabalho pessoal!

Pasé dos noches con mi familia aquí para la cuarentena obligatoria del hotel. Llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 8 a.m., que es demasiado temprano para registrarse. El oficial de registro, el Sr. Rafat, fue muy profesional y abrió la sala de baile para que mi hijo pequeño corriera mientras esperábamos. Incluso sirvió nuestro desayuno allí. Nos dieron una habitación en 90 minutos. Mención especial al Sr. Fares también. ¡Buen trabajo muchachos!

Mi esposo hizo una reserva en ALRAYYAN HOTEL DOHA para nuestra cuarentena de 2 días. Y yo estaba muy decepcionado con la habitación. La habitación estaba tan polvorienta y no limpia. La comida era absolutamente atroz. Llegaría en bolsas de papel marrón y se dejaría fuera de nuestra habitación sin una llamada de cortesía.Horrenda estadía en cuarentena! NO RESERVAR

My husband made a booking reservations at ALRAYYAN HOTEL DOHA for our 2days quarantine . And i was extremely disappointed with the room. The room was so dusty and not clean. The food was absolutely atrocious. It would arrive in brown paper bags and would be left outside our room with no courtesy call.Horrendous quarantine stay! DO NOT BOOK

Spent two nights with my family here for mandatory hotel quarantine. We reached the hotel at around 8 am , which is way early for check-in. The check-in officer Mr Rafat was very professional and opened up the ball room for my toddler son to run around while we waited. He even served our breakfast there. We were given a room within 90 minutes. Special mention to Mr Fares as well. Good Job guys!

Fiquei aqui por 2 noites em quarentena covid. O quarto do hotel era grande e agradável, as pessoas da limpeza eram ótimas. A gerência não era profissional, particularmente sua equipe médica era rude, atrasou os resultados dos testes e não se comunicou com os hóspedes, pois fomos tratados como prisioneiros de verdade.Pagava por serviços de pensão completa, mas a comida era terrível - tinha que pedir de fora.Não fique aqui por dias de quarentena.

Me alojé aquí por 2 noches en cuarentena de covid. La habitación del hotel era grande y bonita, la gente de limpieza era genial. La gerencia no fue profesional, particularmente su equipo médico fue grosero, retrasó los resultados de las pruebas y no se comunicó con los huéspedes, ya que nos trataron como prisioneros reales.Pagamos por los servicios de pensión completa, pero la comida era terrible, tenía que pedir desde fuera.No te quedes aquí durante los días de cuarentena.

Stayed here for 2 nights covid quarantine.The hotel room was big and nice, the cleaning people were great. The management was unprofessional, particularly their medical team was rude, delayed test results, and did not communicate with guests as we were treated like an actual prisoners.Paid for full board services but their food was terrible — had to order from outside.Do not stay here for quarantine days.

Não escolha este hotel Minha mãe e minha tia estavam em quarentena no quarto 325 desde 17/10/2021. Muito pior experiência. Inicialmente ninguém deu orientação sobre o quarto e os serviços, eles guardaram a bagagem do lado de fora e voltaram. Liguei para a recepção para contar essas coisas. Não havia fechadura no quarto. Como um hotel cinco estrelas pode fornecer um quarto sem fechadura? Exceto que o serviço de alimentação é horrível. Chegaram ao hotel por volta das 3 da manhã e conseguiram comer às 9h45. Por causa disso, liguei para a recepção e os lembrei de não se atrasar para o almoço. A pessoa que pegou o telefone (44899000) disse que vai providenciar às 13h, Sem comida depois das 14h também, liguei de novo e ela falou 10 minutos. Enfim eles conseguiram comida .... ALMOÇO às 14h45 somente para 1 pessoa e sem água potável também. Tão horrível Temos que fazer uma chamada para cada uma das preocupações?Quando fiz o teste de sorologia de anticorpos, 1 foi positivo e 1 negativo. E minha mãe precisava ficar mais 5 dias sozinha. Eles estão fazendo algo com os kits de teste. Os funcionários do hotel não estavam cientes de sua continuação de estadia e foram até o quarto e disseram-lhe para fazer o check-out. Pessoas sem sentido. Por fim eles conseguiram algumas informações e alguém me ligou à noite de lá para pagar o dinheiro que faltava naquele horário. Pessoas irresponsáveis. Por que eles não me ligaram antes.No geral a comida servida é a coisa muito ruim, às vezes vai pegar, às vezes nada mesmo se a gente ligar.

O quarto não foi higienizado ou limpo. Migalhas de comida no chão. A comida em todos os lugares é horrível, acho que este hotel não é uma exceção. Melhor fazer o pedido de Talabat se você puder pagar. Fui obrigado a esperar mais de uma hora no meio da noite pela chave do quarto, embora eu tivesse pago pelo quarto no dia anterior. Minha principal preocupação é a limpeza e não conseguir a chave do quarto a tempo.

La habitación no fue desinfectada ni limpiada. Migajas de comida en el suelo. La comida por todas partes es horrible, supongo, así que este hotel no es una excepción. Es mejor pedirlo a Talabat si puede pagarlo. Me hicieron esperar en medio de la noche durante más de una hora por la llave de la habitación, aunque había pagado por la habitación desde el día anterior. Mi principal preocupación es la limpieza y no recibir la llave de la habitación a tiempo.

No elijas este hotel Mi madre y mi tía se quedaron en cuarentena en la habitación 325 desde el 17/10/2021. Muy peor experiencia. Inicialmente nadie dio orientación sobre la habitación y los servicios, dejaron el equipaje afuera y regresaron. Hice una llamada a la recepción para contar esas cosas. No había cerradura en la habitación. ¿Cómo un hotel de cinco estrellas puede proporcionar una habitación sin cerradura? Excepto que el servicio de comida es horrible. Llegaron al hotel alrededor de las 3 de la madrugada y consiguieron algo de comer a las 9.45 de la mañana. Debido a esto, llamé a la recepción y les recordé que no llegaran tarde al almuerzo. La persona que tomó el teléfono (44899000) dijo que lo proporcionará a la 1 p. M., No hay comida después de las 2 p. M. También, llamé de nuevo y dijo que 10 minutos. Por fin consiguieron comida ... ALMUERZO a las 14.45h solo para 1 persona y sin agua potable también. Tan horrible ¿Tenemos que hacer una llamada para todas y cada una de las inquietudes?Cuando se hizo la prueba de anticuerpos de serología, 1 dio positivo y 1 negativo. Y mi madre tenía que quedarse 5 días más sola. Están haciendo algo con los kits de prueba. El personal del hotel no estaba al tanto de la continuación de su estadía y vinieron a la habitación y le dijeron que se retirara. Gente tonta. Por fin obtuvieron información y alguien me llamó por la noche desde allí para pagar el efectivo restante en ese momento. Gente irresponsable. Por qué no me llamaron antes.En general, la comida que se sirve es lo más malo, a veces obtendrá, a veces nada, incluso si llamamos.

Room was not sanitised or cleaned. Food crumbs on floor. Food everywhere is horrible I guess so this hotel is not an exception. Better order from Talabat if you can afford. Was made to wait middle of the night for more than an hour for the room key although I had paid for the room from a day before. My main concern is cleanliness and not getting room key on time.

Don’t choose this hotel My mother and Aunt were staying for quarantine in Room 325 since 17/10/2021. Very worst experience. Initially nobody give orientation about the room and services, they kept their luggage outside and went back. I made a call to the reception to tell such things. There was no lock in the room. How a five star hotel can provide a room without a lock? Except that food service is horrible. They reached the hotel around 3 am early morning and they got anything to eat at 9.45am. Because of this, I called the reception and reminded them to not to be over-late for the lunch. The person who took the phone (44899000) said that she will provide at 1pm, No food after 2pm also, I called again and she said 10 minutes. At last they got food….LUNCH at 2.45pm only for 1 person and without drinking water also. So horrible Do we have to make a call for each and every concerns? When thy did Serology antibody test, 1 got positive and 1 got negative. And my mother was needed to stay 5 more days alone. They are doing something with the test kits. Hotel staffs were not aware about her continuation of stay and they came to the room and told her to checkout. Nonsense people. At last they got some information and someone called me at night from there to pay the remaining cash at that time itself. Irresponsible people. Why they didn’t call me before. Overall the food serving is the very bad thing, sometimes will get, sometimes nothing even if we called.

De acordo com o hotel cinco estrelas, o serviço é muito inútil. Lendo para falar três a quatro vezes, obtemos algo. Eu estive aqui duas vezes. Mas nas duas vezes tive a mesma experiência.O hotel é lindo. A comida é boa também. O pessoal também é bem comportado. O único problema é o serviço. Tudo o resto está bem.

According to the five star hotel the service is very useless. Reading to speak three to four times, then we get something. I've been here twice. But both times I had the same experience. The hotel is beautiful. The food is good too. The staff is also well behaved. The only problem is the service. Everything else is fine.

Atualmente estou hospedado no quarto 220 por 2 dias de quarentena obrigatória. O quarto é excelente, o serviço é bom o suficiente, a limpeza e as comodidades são perfeitas. Mas devo dizer que eles fornecem a pior comida indiana que já provei em toda a minha vida. Mesmo depois de muitas reclamações, eles continuaram servindo o mesmo, o que nos obrigou a pedir-lhes que parassem de servir a comida. Tenho certeza de que nenhum indiano gostaria da comida aqui. Mesmo sendo um hotel 5 estrelas, a qualidade da comida não merece uma única estrela.

Actualmente me quedo en la habitación 220 durante 2 días en cuarentena obligatoria. La habitación es excelente, el servicio es lo suficientemente bueno, la limpieza y las comodidades son perfectas. Pero debo decir que ofrecen la peor comida india que he probado en toda mi vida. Incluso después de muchas quejas siguieron sirviendo lo mismo lo que nos obligó a pedirles que dejaran de servir comida. Estoy malditamente seguro de que a ningún indio le gustaría la comida de aquí. A pesar de que es un hotel de 5 estrellas, la calidad de la comida ni siquiera merece una sola estrella.

Currently I am staying in room 220 for 2 days mandatory quarantine. The room is excellent, service is good enough, cleanliness and amenities are perfect. But I must say they provide the worst Indian food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Even after many complaints they kept serving the same which forced us to ask them to stop serving food. I am damn sure no Indian would like the food here.Even though it’s a 5 star hotel the food quality don’t even deserve a single star.

Serviço muito pobre sem respeito pelo tempo de check-in! E na hora de fazer o check-out, eles vão incomodar o hóspede para que o check-out seja pontual. Eu reservei dois quartos conjugados e eles me deram quartos separados porque o hotel está lotado! Então, por que dar a opção de reservar quartos conjugados em primeiro lugar se eles dão os quartos mediante disponibilidade! É como pedir um sanduíche em uma lanchonete e não reservar em um hotel conhecido. É uma vergonha chamar este lugar de um hotel mais como um mercado de pulgas de quarto !!! Experiência terrível.

Muy mal servicio sin respeto por la hora de registro. Y cuando llegue el momento de la salida, molestarán al huésped para que realice la salida a tiempo. Reservé dos habitaciones comunicadas y me dieron habitaciones separadas porque el hotel está lleno. Entonces, ¿por qué dar la opción de reservar habitaciones comunicadas en primer lugar si dan las habitaciones según disponibilidad? Es como pedir un bocadillo en una cafetería sin reservar en un hotel conocido. ¡Es una vergüenza incluso llamar a este lugar un hotel más como un mercado de pulgas! Terrible experiencia.

Very poor service no respect for check-in time! And when it is time to check out they will annoy the guest to check out on time. I booked two connecting rooms and they gave me separate rooms because the hotel is fully booked!! Then why give the option of booking connecting rooms in the first place if they give the rooms upon availability!! Its like ordering a sandwich from a cafeteria not booking in a well known hotel. Its a disgrace to even call this place a hotel more like a room flea market !!! Awful experience.

Tentamos o buffet aberto para o jantar. A primeira vez lá. Deixe-me dizer que foi muito além das minhas expectativas. Foi simplesmente PERFEITO! O preço também era moderado. A qualidade era superior. A hospitalidade foi extraordinariamente excelente. Definitivamente, eu o recomendaria para quem busca uma experiência 5 estrelas ... e uma viagem de compras no maravilhoso Mall of Qatar.

Probamos el buffet libre para cenar. La primera vez allí. Déjame decir que superó mis expectativas. ¡Fue simplemente PERFECTO! El precio también fue moderado. Sin embargo, la calidad fue superior. We tried the open buffet for dinner.The first time there. Let me say it was much over my expectations.It was just PERFECT! The price was moderate too. The quality was superior though. The hospitality was remarkably excellent. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a 5 stars experience...and a shopping trip in the wonderful Mall of Qatar.
