Excelente serviço e limpeza. Eles são todos super legais. Recomendo fortemente, tem acesso à praia e a água é muito limpa, a praia tem cerca de 10 metros de água na altura do tornozelo para crianças

Excelente localização junto à praia. Não tem quiosques na praia ... desde que tenha acesso direto. A vista daqui é incrível ... Tem um business center. O café da manhã tem alimentos básicos, mas bem frescos, e há café o dia todo.

Excelente ubicación al lado de la playa. No tiene palapas en la playa..., si cuenta con acceso directo. La vista desde aquí es increíble... Tiene un centro de negocios. El desayuno cuenta con alimentos básicos, pero bastante frescos y hay café todo el día.

Excelente servicio y limpieza. Todos son super amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tiene acceso a la playa y bien limpia el agua, la playa tiene como 10 metros de agua a la altura del tobillo para los niños

Fiquei uma semana e tudo foi excelente. Quartos limpos, excelente atenção da equipe de todos. Quanto ao café da manhã, não é variado, mas é um café rico e ilimitado o dia todo. Se vier a trabalho é altamente recomendável, uma vez que dispõe de sala de reuniões e comodidades de Internet, bem como ginásio e piscina para o distrair um pouco.

Me hospede por una semana y todo excelente. Habitaciones limpias, atención del personal excelente por parte de todos. En cuanto al desayuno no es variado pero es rico y café ilimitado todo el día. Si vienes por trabajo está muy recomendable ya que tiene facilidades de sala de reuniones e internet además de gym y alberca para distraerte un rato.

Nos gustó mucho todo, el hotel, el servicio y solo tengo 2 detalles importantes. El desayuno solo es de 2 platillos diferentes y de los 2 días que nos quedamos dieron chilaquiles solo cambiaron la salsa y pues el cereal, café, jugo y pan Y que no puedes pasar hacia el mar porque tienes antes que brincar piedras grandes con Moho y claro alguien se resbala ahí entonces no tiene caso decir que esta frente al mar porque para ir te tienes que salir del hotel e ir por afuera, tiene un pasillo para llegar al mar pero en sí, no sirve de mucho

Nice, comfortable and affordable

This hotel is in Puerto of Veracruz in México, is in front of the sea. In all the windows there is an amaizing view where you can see the beach all the boats and the yates in the puerto. In this hotel all the days has free breakfast and you can eat chilaquiles, some fruit, salad, milk and cereal, pasta and all the dishes are delicious. The pool is big and the water is hot. You can swim in the sea because there is a prive beach. All the rooms are clean and safe. The next time I go to Veracruz I'm going to stay there.

The room was okay. That means that it was clean and it have air conditioning. Unfortunately, the WiFi isn't the best even when you're in the reception. You only have 1 or 2 lines if you're lucky. The shampooing and the soap isn't the best.

Hotel is nice, very good location. However, the air conditioning was very noisy! It was not the best experience when trying to get some sleep time. I think cost/benefit ratio is ok.

Located in Boca del Rio, just on the sea side, this is a nice place to stay overnight, prices are more accessible than other nearby chains, consider joining their points program for an additional (but very small) discount, if booked directly through their site. Breakfast buffet is included: eggs, chilaquiles (corn chips with sauce, cream and cheese), beans, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, coffee and is served between 6:30 to 10:30h. A microwave oven is available on the reception. The double room is spacious enough, room has Cable TV (not HD), WiFi, Ethernet port, A/C, phone, drawer, desk, and an open closet. No safe box on my room. Bathroom has a regular shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Beds are very comfy, pillows could use a bit more cushion. The view from the sea facing rooms is great. There's bit of rust on the door frame. Hotel has its own pool, with shower and bathroom. There is a direct stair to go down to the beach, open from 8 to 20h. We were told by a local lifesaver to swim near the center right of the beach, to avoid some rocks/debris on a small portion of the beach. Parking lot is relatively small, has a small underground portion. There's a coffee shop in the parking lot. A gym, some computers and business centre are available, I did not use them during my visit. There are many supermarkets, chain restaurants, and a cinema in a >5 min drive. Banks at just over 10 min drive. There has been a major overhaul of the main Street, that goes along the beach, to improve the scene. However, it is diminished by some abandoned homes, business. Not a lot, but it's something you notice. I personally don't mind. Places, like San Juan de Ulúa, the docking port, Cafe de la Parroquia (a must), are between 15-20 min drive, along the beach boulevard, with a wonderful view. City can get windy and cold, arround 13C/55F during winter, modify your clothing selection accordingly. Otherwise, almost every day is a sunny day. TL,DR: Good price, location not as centric, but very close. Breakfast. Good customer service. Basics are within a 5 min drive. Hotel maintenance could improve. Small parking lot. Not a luxury hotel.

Not bad. Walls a bit too thin. If you're not planning on going when there's a lot of tourist you'll be fine. Besides! It's got a great location! Right in front of nice restaurants and nightclubs :D
