“I stayed at Sandos Caracol with one other friend for 5 nights in late August 2021. The resort is extremely beautiful with nature completely surrounding you! The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly, and abided by all COVID precautions. Specifically, concierge, Celia and Juan, helped us so much with informing what type of activities to do, the different places to eat, and various entertainment we could watch around the resort! We also did 3 different excursions separate from the hotel and concierge seamlessly helped us reorganize one of the excursions. The room was clean, air conditioned, had a water dispenser, and was perfect for what we needed for our whole trip! We did have a small ceiling leak after it rained one day, but it was fixed within the next day. I would absolutely recommend Sandos to anyone who is staying in Playa del Carmen!”

“Love this resort! Just returned from our second visit and can’t wait to go back. Rooms are great for families, food was very good but the best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and works extremely hard to take care of the guests. Guadalupe at the pool bar was excellent, Eli and Rosie at the Sports Bar were awesome and the entertainment staff was the best. Kevin, Victoria, Ritchie and Reuben were so much fun, we had a blast with them. Already planning our next vacation.”
