La atención fue buena, hubo algunos detalles que por la contingencia se comprenden pero en general estuvo excelente. La atención del personal muy bien. “Gave us a room with mold all over it. Smelled musty, no screens in the room, so you couldn't even have the slider or windows open to try and air it out. When we asked to change the room they said they were fully booked (which was a complete lie) when we went to go checkout (three days early!) they tried to give us non-moldy room. At that point I already booked a much better hotel for less money and wanted to get the heck out of there. Great for families with kids, but if you don't have kids, don't stay here! If you get a room that the couch looks like it's been slept on for 20 years and a moldy room, you've been warned! Then even admitted to having gross rooms that have mold... We wanted to love this place, the beautiful scenery was great, but the rooms were not. There are updated rooms that looked nice from the outside, but we didn't get one of those.”
