“We absolutely loved our stay!!!! Honestly, this particular experience was really excellent and felt that I should write a review. Well, I have stayed at dozens of hotels all over the world and this was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Every staff member I encountered, from the security staff to the check- in to housekeeping to the restaurant staff was professional, polite, delightful, eager to help and very hospitable, could tell they had a lot to take care of and the guests were keeping them busy yet they were very friendly and actively making everyone feel welcome and comfortable!!! I couldn’t catch all the names but I managed to capture a few, Sanjay and a couple of other chaps from room service, all the staff and lifeguards working at the poolside and the Flow restaurant staff Janaka, Kushan, Neeliya, Bandara, Raj, Azra, Vivek, Chef Rohana and the list goes on and on.I also want to mention Rukmal and Thaleesha for going over and beyond to help make our stay at the restaurant enjoyable. They even made special food for me, my 5-year-old daughter and my wife who is a Vegan. The atmosphere, food and service were excellent at the restaurant. To the General Manager- Please I would like you to recognise the entire crew on this review for their exceptional customer service!!!Overall 10/10 we had an amazing time, thank you!!! Bem, já me hospedei em dezenas de hotéis em todo o mundo e este estava no topo da lista das melhores experiências de todos os tempos. Cada membro da equipe que encontrei, desde a equipe de segurança até o check-in, a limpeza e a equipe do restaurante, foi profissional, educado, agradável, ansioso para ajudar e muito hospitaleiro, percebi que eles tinham muito o que cuidar e os convidados estavam mantendo eles estavam ocupados, mas eram muito amigáveis ​​e ativamente fazendo com que todos se sentissem bem-vindos e confortáveis!
