“Beautiful and clean place. Good food. Service is excellent. Perhaps because of the upgrading work, the TV reception isn't good and air-con not consistent. Nevertheless, I have a good staycation.”

“First time checked in Hyatt Hotel. And I must say the service by Ms Charisce(receptionist) was tip top. Felt so welcomed, she was smiley and bubbly. It was my anniversary with my partner and she was kind enough to get us last minute complimentary cake and smoking room.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Overall I’m satisfied and happy.”
