“This hotel has all the ascetics of a upscale hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are pretty spacious, and there is more than 15 floors of hotel rooms. I checked in after 12pm and the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from some delicious restaurants/ bars and the Phoenix convention center. The hotel provides Aveda hygiene products in shower and my room has a refrigerator. 4 stars because there was no microwave in my room.”
