“Estrutura dos quartos ok, pelo valor deveria ser melhor, limpeza ótima, atendimento bem mais ou menos, funciona tudo na base da propina, em todos os lugares…. Aqui nesse hotel um pouco menos… se você espera chegar e se deparar com personagem… no hotel não tem. somente no café da manhã pago, 43 dólares por adulto e 37 criança, e no parque aquático, que fica uns 9 mim a pé… as crianças se divertem no parque, porém o banho de slime não é nada do que é mostrado e é cobrado TAMBÉM, 49 dólares para 4 pessoas…é uma “cabana” que eles puxam e cai a água verde… a praia, além do mar ser mais bravo e com muitas algas, o acesso é difícil e o cheiro das algas beirando o mar é muito desagradável.… a maioria das pessoas veem para ficar na piscina… máscara para conseguir é difícil,não se oferece, precisa solicitar e a cara que eles fazem não é muito simpática… Não é uma lugar que eu voltaria…”

“I have been to this resort twice now and I have experienced both sides of the resort. I thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The food, was amazing, the best I've experienced so far in Punta Cana. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. I would go back in a heartbeat.
