Nice hotel, rooms decent, bed extremely cofrtable,lack of staff, drinks extremely expensive. Breakfast very good. Unfortunately no courtesy room for a shower before late departure, advised to use communal shower around pool. Reason given was that the hotel was fully booked, then offered the room we vacated for an extra night at a cost of €150. Totally unacceptable .

Booked here for a holiday. This is not a holiday hotel. It may have an outside pool that is not up to the standard of holiday hotels but this place is a motel for business people an during our stay some German soldiers. A plastic wine glass of beer an a vodka an lemonade £18.50 euro. Like you can afford to hang around here poolside. EasyJet getting it both barrels. Staff are fantastic but this wasn't cheap for b&b. The location is in need of some regeneration.

Não há perguntas sobre o hotel, os quartos são limpos, gratuitos, limpos diariamente, xampu, gel de banho, bálsamo para o cabelo e até creme para o corpo são de boa qualidade. Há uma geladeira e secador de cabelo no quarto, banheiro. Não há espaço suficiente no armário, bem, alguns não são muito confortáveis, há cadeiras de metal na varanda, nas quais nada é suposto, portanto você precisa sentar em metal enferrujado, bem, isso não é conveniente e as coisas se deterioram. Os cafés da manhã são muito monótonos, mas completos, frutas, iogurte, doces, cereais, ovos, queijo, salsichas, salsichas, café delicioso, eu gostaria muito de comer aveia pelo menos 2 vezes, ou algo assim, porque Eu estava com medo de começar logo a cantar, de tantos ovos))). A piscina é boa, perto da piscina também, limpa, arrumada, boas espreguiçadeiras, toalhas são fornecidas gratuitamente, grandes guarda-sóis limpos do sol. Mas a praia em maio na Sicília é horrível!!!! Até as geladeiras enferrujadas do ano passado estão por aí (com certeza vou anexar uma foto). Em maio, não recomendo a praia, a praia é suja, não tem espreguiçadeiras, guarda-sóis, toalhas, o mar é frio, você se deita como no Porto de Ferro, depois de uma noite de festa de adolescentes, fiquei chocada. Cafés - restaurantes mais ou menos o mesmo, tenha em mente que as porções são grandes, é melhor pedir um prato e depois provar ou verificar com os garçons se você fala bem o idioma.

A área deixa muito a desejar. A equipe foi muito agradável. Não há muitos lugares para comer. Muitos lugares são condenados. A maioria dos restaurantes não serve refeições quentes ou refeições entre 15h e 19h. Há um ótimo restaurante que serve um cardápio completo durante todo o dia chamado la barraca. A cerca de 15 minutos a pé do hotel. Seleção e qualidade maravilhosas.

Estou muito feliz em escrever este comentário para dar um elogio muito merecido à gentileza, profissionalismo e dedicação ao cliente que foram reservados para mim e meu parceiro em nossa chegada ao hotel. Em particular, nos sentimos literalmente mimados em resolver um problema que surgiu de nossa supervisão no momento da reserva, pois avaliamos mal a distância entre a propriedade e o centro de Catânia (cerca de 4 km). Percebemos isso assim que chegamos ao hotel e, não tendo carro, pensamos em mudar de hotel. Conversamos sobre isso com o muito gentil Daniele, que imediatamente nos deu suporte relatando o problema ao seu gerente e, em conjunto, eles se ofereceram para entrar em contato com os colegas do NH Catania Centro para transferir a reserva deles. Em poucos minutos eles resolveram o problema e nos chamaram um táxi para nos transferir para a outra instalação. Estamos verdadeiramente gratos pela fofura e polidez com que vieram nos receber, ajudando-nos a remediar nosso descuido.

Reception staff were good but you will wait a long time to get served in the bar, not staffed reception call him, slow to arrive and disappears for long periods. Went to bed before he arrived the second time.

The area leaves a lot to be desire. The staff was very nice. Not many places to eat. Many places are condemned. Most restaurants do not serve hot meals or meals at all between 3 to 7 pm. There is a great restaurant that serves a full menu throughout the day called la barraca. About a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Wonderful selection and quality.

Very nice hotel, only 10 minutes driving from Catania Airport. Parking with extra cost. There is a restaurant where you can take some basic and nice food with high quality Italian ingredients, such as fresh fish, prosciutto and great cheese. Customer Service and Customer Care is excellent. The location is handy having a car, but also there is an Interbus stop at the front that maybe can be helpful.

Hotel seems unkept and in need of renovations! Showers are dirty, rooms are outdated and the hotel grounds seem unkept. Breakfast is good with lots of selections and staff are friendly. Not sure if it was due to off-season stay, but very disappointed.

Small rooms, old furniture and very slow internet. For the very high price paid I really had a different expectation. The location of the swimming pool exactly next to the restaurant guests is very inconvenient. Very friendly front desk receptionists.

Surpreendente!!! Lobby encantador e quartos encantadores !! As comodidades são exatamente o que você precisa para uma escapadela lil com buffet de café da manhã e bar do lobby e do outro lado da rua da bela praia.Os funcionários do hotel são ótimos! Amigável e gosta de ajudar. Por 2 dias, eles nos ajudaram a encontrar um lugar para fazer nosso teste PCR Covid para voltar para casa, seu marido e eu viajamos durante Covid.Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

Amazing!!! Lovely lobby and lovely rooms!! The amenities are just what you need for a lil getaway with breakfast buffet and lobby bar and right across the street from the lovely beach. The hotel staff are great! Friendly and helpful. For 2 day they helped us find a place to do our PCR Covid test to return home, yrs my husband and I traveled during Covid. Definitely would stay here again.

Estrutura muito bonita e bem cuidada, além de estar em um ponto estratégico tanto pela proximidade do mar quanto da cidade! O quarto era bem limpo e equipado com todo o conforto que eu espero encontrar em um hotel desta categoria. Pessoal educado e muito gentil! Tive um problema com a viagem no primeiro dia e a Sra. Gabriella estava imediatamente disponível e pronta para me ajudar com muito profissionalismo e gentileza. Experiência para repetir!

in my eyes too expensive for what this place offers. rooms are ok, but not more. everything needs some renovation. when you check in there were 2 different receptionists: one was unfriendly and said i cant have my room before 3 p.m. (which is normally fine, but the hotel was empty and i was there at 1) & the 2nd one, which then immediately gave me a room. so i hope you will be lucky and meet the right receptionist :)

Fiquei no mesmo hotel há cerca de 10 anos, uma estrutura linda mas certamente um pouco mais de manutenção precisa ser feita! A porta do meu banheiro não podia ser fechada e, pior, abriu sozinha! Lamentável quando 2 pessoas ficam! Pagar estacionamento para hóspedes de hotel nunca tinha acontecido comigo em tantas viagens! A única nota positiva é a piscina e os funcionários do bar.

The hotel is nice with nice staff. Needs to fix the interior of the rooms (specially bathrooms). A bit unpleasant is the breakfast served by the staff (but very nice and helpful - thanks Giuseppe and Anna, you are great!!!!!😉), but I understand that it is necessary thanks to Covid. Generally it is very good hotel!

🏊‍♀️ nice pool. Lots of gluten free options for breakfast. Some Friendly staff pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Hotel looks like it needs some work carpets etc look very old and worn. Beach ⛱ not far away. Just walk across the road sunlounger and umbrella are included in the hotel price

We had some bad issues staying there : 1. We arrived here and after paying 100 and plus euros for the night get charged for the parking.2. Dogs are allowed but only in the room, and is forbidden to take them anywhere else in the hotel. We had to leave our small dog in the room for most of the day .3. more than twenty minutes in line for breakfast with more than five people without wearing masks. nobody in the hotel said anything until we complained, i really don't feel secure here as you put on the webpage.4. after 5 apparently there is no hot water because everyone is taking a bath, it is not like this is a 1 star hotel where the hot water runs out.5. only one waiter at the restaurant during lunch, we had to wait more than 30 minutes in order to at least make an order, because he wasn't even in the restaurant. The prices are very high. 5 euros for a 20cl coca cola, 5 euros water , 10/12 euros for a salad , 10 euros Margherita.It is important to notice that even if it is very close to the beach is not a private beach , they give you a voucher for one of the many lidos in the beach. The beach is nice and long , but not as nice as you would imagine a beach in Sicily , quite polluted and disorganized. Furthermore, There are not many options to eat or drink something outside the hotel ( which have few options and high prices ), you have to take the car to go to Catania center .Also I do want to say that some of the waiters and stuff were very nice and friendly, and the service wasn't badbut rather good specially in the evening . the problem in general is the hotel management and policy.i do feel im getting robbed every minute im staying at this place, i'm not getting even a 10 percent of what i paid for this hotel and was a huge disappointment as the last part of our trip in sicily we would have prefered to stay in a agriturismo than in this very bad hotel.

ubicación y la zona bastante decadente. la playa fea y sucia, pero encima te venden como que tienes playa privada pero luego el socorrista no te deja coger la hamaca q quieras solo la q el tiene abierta. los horarios de las instalaciones y servicios muy cerrados y limitados, si haces excursiones es casi imposible llegar antes de las 7 para poder gastar la piscina... las habitaciones no están mal pero sin posibilidad de vistas el desayuno básico y repetitivo hotel impropio de la cadena NH

Hotel limpio y agrdable. La ubicación queda lejos de la ciudad y en una zona muy desangelada. La playa de enfrente esta muy sucia, al menos en teporada que no es de playa (playa de junio a septiembre)
