“Nice location but service is bad. Food is bad. Comparable to microwave food for 56$ a person. Also pretty empty - probably because service and food Quality is a joke”

“Nice facilities but mediocre to poor service in the cafe on the top floor. Breakfast was a tragedy of errors. Asked for "no eggs but everything else" got only eggs; asked for museli with warm milk, got cold milk. Cereal came without a spoon to eat it with. Smoothie on the menu never came until we reminded the waiter. Had to remind the waitress to get me the fruit salad. Waiter dropped a few dishes on the floor and spent 10 minutes cleaning up. Got my warm cereal but did not get the Danish we asked for. I had to ask for my breakfast since I returned the eggs and they assumed no eggs means no breakfast. This is after I told the staff I was a vegan. Ok, we knew no German but this is supposedly a 5-star hotel. Not looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast.”
