Reservar es terrible, los restaurantes para comer algo diferente "siempre llenos" aún cuando se ven vacíos, la plataforma te da información que no es (porque por ella debes reservar para ir a donde gustes). No es lo que me esperaba, se supone que eran "vacaciones" sin embargo vine a estresarme y tener dolores de cabeza. Llamé más a servicio o recepción de lo que jamás había llamado en un resort. Teníamos una actividad y luego de preparar todo, nos cerraron el espacio y no permitieron que se desarrollara. Si llamábamos para algo en español, ni caso; si hablabamos en otro idioma, de una vez aparecía lo que estabamos pidiendo.😑

Muy divertido, bastante animado todo, las habitaciones muy confortable, el show de la noche excelente, el personal de baile tienen un 10 de 10 por que interpretaron a michael jackson casi a la perfección... Y el viaje con los delfines excelente y también el viaje en parapente o paracaida acuático, para el que no sabe que es un parapente.... Pero todo hermoso, se lo recomiendo un montón.. See you

Los restaurantes a la carta mínimo tienes que reservar un mes antes de ir al resort porque en recepción no saben darte información solo dicen que esta lleno y te mandan al restaurante a ver si te pueden dar espacio y cuando mira el restaurante esta prácticamente a menos de la mitad de su capacidad total.. Los Bares abren a las 10am para los turistas internos pero para los extranjeros o para quien de propina les sirven a cualquier hora.. Realmente me sentí como que fui a pedir envez de yo haber pagado para recibir un buen servicio, de verdad que muy poco me quedo bueno de ese hotel, no es para volver 😕

Excelente resort para descansar, variados ambiente de cenas, un gran lugar "El Higuero" para disfrutar variedad de bufet. Cerca a la playa Bávaro y Cortecito, olas muy tranquilas, arena blanca.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor, buenas habitaciones, buenas piscinas, el almuerzo aceptable y un personal muy activo con buenas atenciones.

There were never threats and I did end up getting a refund for the extracurricular activities that we did not complete. I was okay with everything else because it is what it is. I never mentioned a phone once I went back you can ask your security manager. I also did not ask for the speed boat refund (&45) I just needed what wasn’t completed which was and additional $25 per person. Have a great day.

Si tienes algún problema en la habitación tienes que reportarlo muchas veces y esperar por horas antes de que lo resuelvan. La comida no era buena y no hay variedad, solo nos salvo que tenía cosas fritas y pizza de ves en cuando ya que ni la pasta tenía sabor, luego de cenar pedimos agua y nunca llegó y decidimos irnos, hay muchos mosquitos, el loby está lejos y varias veces tuvimos que durar parados más de 10 min a los trenes. Así que si tienen problemas en los huesos, llevan niños cargados o van personas mayores es algo a considerar. Lo único bueno es que es bonito.

El peor resort que he visitado, comida mala, poca variedad y algunas veces recalentada, los restaurantes ala cartas siempre "llenos" y cuando pasabas los veias vacio, si queria tomar algo decente debias ir al lobby que por cierto queda muy lejos, en los bares poca seleccion de tragos. No lo recomiendo para nada y menos si eres dominicano peor te tratan

La experiencia vivida fue todo lo contrario a lo que esperaba,mal servicio por parte del staff,no hay variedad en la comida del buffet,la habitación que me asignaron no le funcionaba el aire y tuve que traer al técnico hasta la habitación para que luego se 3 llamadas y 2 visitas al lobby me cambiaran de habitación,las reservas el los restaurantes son aparentemente exclusivas para los visitantes NO DOMINICANOS ya que sólo a los extranjeros le estaban asignando reservas,la cantidad de mosquitos es inexplicable…y podría seguir,en conclusión NO GASTEN SU DINERO EN ESTE HOTEL no lo vale !!! 1/10

O complexo tem um bom espaço e é bem conservado por fora. Bonito de se ver. Porém as instalações são antigas e precisam de reparos. O banheiro estava entupido e inundou o quarto. A janela ñ trancava. Solicitamos reparo do banheiro (que ñ foi realizado) e no mesmo dia surgiu outro problema: um vazamento. Ar condicionado bastante antigo e barulhento, quarto c cheiro de mofo e esgoto (antes de dormir precisávamos deixar aberto). As roupas de cama estavam sujas e nos últimos dias notamos pequenas baratas. Alguns funcionários são mal humorados e impacientes, mas a maioria é solícita e agradável...As piscinas são muito boas. É bem difícil conseguir um lugar tanto na piscina quanto na praia, pois os hóspedes reservam com toalhas.

Bom custo benefício. Resort com preço mais acessível se comparado com outros na mesma região. Praia boa, sem sargaço em set/2019, e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Quarto um pouco antigo, achei bastante "úmido", e portanto, com um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Chegamos as 7h da manhã, pagamos 20 USD e o recepcionista conseguiu um outro quarto com entrada imediata. WiFi somente no looby, e devagar, portanto, não conte muito com isso. O buffet é bom, com bastante variedade. Os restaurantes para jantar também são satisfatórios, tivemos oportunidade de conhecer o dominicano e o mexicano. Se está buscando economia, é sim uma opção.

Ótimo resort, fiquei hospedada agora em maio/2019,funcionários muito simpáticos e gostam muito de nós brasileiros, sempre prontos a ajudar no que for necessário, uma atenção especial ao maleteiro Hector que é sensacional, Jebo também muito simpático, os meseiros Kelly e Ambierix,muito simpáticos e cordiais pessoas maravilhosas, o resort é muito bonito bem cuidado, comida otima, farta e variada, bebidas dos bares muito boas, a praia é linda limpa e a água azul Caribe como só ha lá, o quarto limpo com móveis novos cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionado bem e água quente no chuveiro e na torneira, o teatro com shows mais fracos como quase todo resort em Punta cana, já me hospedei em 5 resorts e não tenho reclamações do Caribe club.

So I will start off with all the good points to be very fair, me and my fiancé booked our first vacation together, our flight was delayed so We arrived a bit later in the afternoon around 16:00 hrs(4pm) , as soon as wearrived at reception, the lady at the desk was super friendly, informative and was able to check-in us in in less than 15 mins, she showed us where to reserve for the restaurants and my covid test for the return back to the states,we booked the caribe deluxe suite and the room was beautiful, exactly like the picture, so colorful, the view was amazing and it sat in the perfect location near the beach and pool, the beach was very nice clean no seaweed or debris. No one trying to sell you things very peaceful, the pool was amazing and all the bar staff where great, specially Ricardo whose drinks never failed. But now to where they fell short because we got there late we were not able to reserve any of the a la carte restaurants for that night which was understandable but when we tried to reserve for the rest of our stay we where only able to book one night out of a 4 night stay, meaning we would only be able to eat at the one buffet or snack bars. The only solution they gave us was to show up early to the restaurants and see if some one didn’t show up, which did work so I’m not to upset but still very inconvenient. The buffet food was very bad, quality like hospital cafeteria food, then the a la carte restaurants we did try were not much better did not taste good at all very disappointing. The service at the restaurants was also not to good, everyone was super nice but were not very attentive, often gave us one glass of water and never came back to the tables, over all food and service in the restaurants were not good at all, next the activities described where either closed or they charged extra, like the bowling alley was ten USD per person for one game, the theatre played one kids movie the whole time, and the casino was a ten minute walk away from the hotel. Lastly the house keeping was very slow, we would get up very early and try not to come back until late afternoon to give them plenty of time and not be in the way, first time they didn’t come until around two, so we didn’t have any clean towels to get ready for lunch, then the next day they didn’t come at all, I had to call down at 4pm to finally get some one to come just bring towels and sweep and mop, the only day they came early was the day of check out. Overall the hotel seemed, unorganized which is very sad as this place has a lot of potential.

my second time to this resort with a group of 10 they lied to us saying that we don’t need a reservation for a la carte restaurant so when we went to one of the restaurant they said we DO need a reservation when i went to guest service with my husband that Asian lady named NINA was super rude and didn’t help us !!! THE FOOD WAS TRASH ( GAVE US THE LEFTOVERS FROM LUNCH IN DINNER ) STAFF WAS RUDE THE FOOD THE FOOD THE FOOD TRASHHHH

El servicio muy bueno la comida excelente en especial el restaurante brasileño la atención al cliente en el bufete buena, la hoster María excelente empleada. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas deben mejorar el drenaje del agua de las duchas.

Maravillosa, es el mejor hotel que he ido. Muy limpio, bien cuidado, atenciones de primera, muy buena comida, actividades, buenos tragos, buenos postres, una variedad amplia, de lugares y puestos.

Lo mejor: Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y son bonitas, el personal es sumamente amable y agradable, y mantienen las medidas de seguridad frente al Covid-19.La comida del buffet es regular, pero la de los restaurantes a la carta es muy buena (probamos el mexicano y el italiano). El ambiente de los restaurantes es bueno, aunque los asientos dentro son un poco duros e incómodos.Lo peor: No saben preparar cócteles, pedí mojito y margarita, y ambos fueron desastrosos (creo que a la margarita no le echaban ni tequila), donde los preparan un poco mejor es en el bar cercano a la recepción.Tienen muy pocos parqueos, de manera que hubo que dejar el carro en otra área (aunque dentro de las instalaciones).En conclusión, es un hotel tranquilo, ideal para personas que quieran descansar, no lo recomiendo si buscas un ambiente más alegre y con música.

Excelentes servicios: trato con calidad y calidez, cortesía; habitaciones bellas y bien cuidas; se aplica todo el protocolo de seguridad y bioseguridad contra riesgos que incluyen la prevención del Covid-19.Ambiente natural, bien mantenido. Se propia el contacto con la naturaleza, la privacidad y el ambiente familiar. La comida es diversa y sabrosa, muy buenos tragos, playa hermosa y bien cuidada. El servicio de seguridad es discreto pero permanente. Me encantó.

The staff are amazing people. Everyone makes sure you are safe and enjoying your time there. The property is beautiful. Plenty of space to enjoy yourself. The food is delicious. Our room was clean and had beautiful views. I am definitely coming back with the whole family.

Adoramos o hotel. É incrível como as impressões de pessoa para pessoa podem variar tanto. Lemos algumas avaliações e estávamos preocupados, porém o Caribe Club não deixou nada a desejar. Vale ressaltar que apreciamos hotéis de boa categoria. O hotel disponibiliza boa comida, excelente infraestrutura, organização, limpeza impecável e bom atendimento. Claro que ao ficar 8 dias consumindo uma comida de tempero não habitual para o nosso paladar podemos enjoar um pouco, mas há tantas opções que dá pra tirar de letra. A praia em frente ao hotel é linda, com pequenas ondas, ótima extensão de areia, a cor do mar é deslumbrante. A equipe de animação do hotel é muito boa, a presteza do atendimento nos restaurantes também impressiona. A exceção é de alguns funcionários do bar do hall principal, esses não demonstravam tamanha boa vontade para servir garrafas de água. O quarto é excelente, bom tamanho, cama muito boa, grande e confortável. Todos os equipamentos funcionaram perfeitamente. Bom chuveiro e bom espaço no box. TV por assinatura com grande variedade de canais.

30% Russian tourists, 30% Canadians and rest are from other countries. Teritory is nice, big park in the area with differend kind of birds, turtles, fishes. Bad point is that internet is only at reception area. Is possible to rent portable router, cost 100 usd deposit and 5usd for each day. Thats could be upgraded, because I see that they could save more electricity (cards in room not related with power control, so lights and conditionier you can leave to work all the time) and instal internet in whole area! It is 2019 now and it is so bad to worry where from you can find internet. Food is so so. You have to think what you want to put in your plate, coctails er in russian style 70% alcohol and 30% of soda drinks, juice, etc., must be opposit because taste is poor. Animators are nice, but they could invite people to be more active and also provide more information through microphone what activities is going on. In conclusion, is ok hotel.

Resort bacana, refrigerante garrafa a vontade no frigobar e diversas opções de restaurante para comer!!! O quarto é um pouco antigo, mas atende bem, único problema que tive foi o coberto estava desfiando e o hotel acabou dando um upgrade de quarto!

Tivemos problema com vazamento no teto do banheiro que não foi solucionado,fora isso achei o restante ótimo,voltaria e gostaria que não tivesse mais transtornos!Praia limpa,piscina limpa com bar no centro,pra quem gosta beber é uma ótima pedida!

Adoramos a estadia, fomos agora em 03/20, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Amamos! Voltaremos com certeza.

Beautiful hotel with amazing beaches. Food was tasty and varied. They serve icecream and specialty coffees (cold and hot) included in the price. It was fun taking the tram to the lobby at night to enjoy the ambiance and drinks. Service was good except for the person who seats in the lobby and asks you every morning, on your way to breakfast, if you want to book a tour. Overall I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone and I am definitely planning on coming back.

Do not waste your time and money, there are many hotels at the same price that are 10 times better than this. the food is bad, the phone in the room does not work, it has rained every day and I have 4 days asking for an umbrella and they never get me one, there is no control with smokers, they smoke everywhere, most of the employees do the Things with displeasure, I have been in to many hotels in Punta Cana and in none I felt worse, there is nothing good to say about this hotel, I want to leave.

Lovely and very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet were really nice, loads of options to chose from, also there is plenty of little restaurants in the hotel which offers lovely food which were included in our price. The hotel rooms could do with a little refurbishment, however there was no issues. Beautiful beach, nice and clean pools, 24-7 open bar.

I do not recommend this Caribbean princess resort at all. the only things that i liked it is the beach.I had a very bad experience at this resort. The food is the worst I have ever eaten in all my life, actually i don't really eat very much i got stomach problems my room smelled horrible to humidity, the ceiling of the bathroom is all broken in fan was spiders web, they did not clean well, they did not leave me towels I had to remind then to leave it . The buffet staff had a face and behavior like they're not happy with they life especially the bald man at the bar. I don't understand how they have that person working there. Dominican Republic never again because I did Some excursions and people were not friendly either had preferences with certain type of people. it is a county that's very disorganized you can noticed since you arrived to the airport

People very accommodating. But the food is a real turn off. Day in and day out keep serving mostly the same. Three days in a row served the same dessert for lunch and dinner. Do not recommend this place

I've visited the resort twice by now and both times it's been just amazing. I really enjoy their view on the way to the rooms. I liked the food they had and the fact they have a 24 hours bar with some food is just amazing. It would be much more amazing if the Disco was inside the hotel and, in fact, part of the resort but I love to visit it anyways. I had the chance to visit 2 of the specialty restaurants they have and the food was very good as well. The pools are really nice and the main one is always really animated by their staff. The customer service provided by they staff is really good, even though it could just improve a little bit more. I looking forward to be back soon.
