This beachfront all-inclusive Adults Only resort features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by coconut trees and sun loungers. The resort shares the 24-hour casino with Barceló Bavaro Palace. All spacious and air-conditioned rooms at Barceló Bavaro Beach Adults Only All Inclusive have a balcony or terrace with garden or pool views. Each is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV a mini bar and a private bathroom with bath tub or shower including a bathrobe and slippers. Barceló Bavaro Beach Resort has 3 restaurants and 2 bars including a 24-hour Sports Bar. The resort has a gift shop and theatre and offers entertainment for adults. There is an ATM machine on site as well as a currency exchange service. A free train travels throughout the resort and an airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. Punta Cana is 30 minutes’ drive away.

“My boyfriend and I came here in hopes to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The first few days were great, good food, drinks, entertainment and environment. Our 4th night there, my boyfriend began to feel extremely ill. We waited it out thinking it would pass and the day of our departure, things got worse. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance to take my boyfriend to the clinic at the Barcelo palace next door. I received no empathy and most importantly no help from the front desk. They said they could not bring him a wheel chair and no one was available to get him. We got to the clinic on our own where the doctor charged us $180 US (which the front desk did not follow protocol in which we should've been notified before going that it was private practice and not associated with the hotel) to solely check his temperature and further scare us by telling us we can not fly and insisted we spend more money to taxi and check in to the hospital with absolutely no leads of a diagnosis. We flew home and turns out he had salmonella and the flu. We only ate at the resort. As a 22 and 23 year old couple, it was not comforting being in a foreign country with not a single hotel staff member willing to give a helping hand. You will have a great time if you don't get sick. But if you do.... good luck.”

“Un hotelazo. La playa es una maravilla, de lo mejor del país. Un ambiente más tranquilo que el otro hotel del complejo, el Palace. Los clientes del Beach pueden acceder a los restaurantes, bares e instalaciones del Palace. En cuanto a los dos restaurantes a la carta propios del Beach, el Chez Gourmet impresionante, y las vistas desde La Brisa a pie de playa espectaculares. La coctelería es muy muy buena tanto en el Beach como en el Palace. Y lo mejor de todo es el servicio del personal. Encantador, trabajador y muy atento. Como pequeño defecto, la antigüedad de los baños de las habitaciones, pero están correctos. El Barceló Bávaro Beach es una apuesta segura.”
