Amazing service, very clean, all staff were very accommodating! Social distancing is required and restrictions in place to keep us all safe but it did not affect our experience! Pool and amenities clean and alot of fun. Will definitely go back and very soon.

No mesmo barco que outros revisores recentes descreveram. No momento estamos no resort e quase TUDO está fechado (muito mais do que o descrito no site). Ficamos alojados num T1 sem cozinha e até a cozinha comum está fechada, o que NÃO é anunciado nem mencionado EM QUALQUER LUGAR. As atividades infantis são inexistentes e até a velocidade da internet é extremamente lenta (4 Mb abaixo!). Este é um fracasso colossal da parte da Marriott. Nunca estive tão decepcionado com um estabelecimento Marriott. E pensar que eu estava pensando em adicionar mais pontos à nossa propriedade de timeshare ...

Infelizmente, foi muito menos do que o esperado. Como proprietários, viemos todos os anos e adoramos. Porém, este ano foi diferente. Por causa do COVID, houve muitas mudanças, algumas boas, outras ruins. Excelente limpeza e saneamento, mas sem comida ou bebida e muito pouco serviço de campainha. O pior era a falta de manobrista. O estacionamento é muito limitado e se você não encontrar vaga na estrutura, você deve estacionar de 3 a 5 quarteirões. Já que temos uma pessoa com deficiência isso não é apropriado. Não há nenhuma razão para um manobrista não poder usar máscara e luva e levar o carro. Na verdade, isso era o pior. Também por causa da falta de pessoal sempre que precisávamos de algo que precisávamos ligar. Muito frustrante, mas nós sobrevivemos

Localizado em uma das melhores praias de West Maui, excelente lugar para ficar, equipe muito simpática e cordial O lugar é limpo e bem conservado A maioria das instalações (tênis, academia, bar da piscina) abriu depois que as pessoas reclamaram Estivemos lá na semana de Natal de 2020 O edifício é mais antigo se comparado a resorts próximos A praia é ótima, mas há pedras, é preciso ir cerca de 30 metros ao norte para evitar pedras A piscina é incrível, com cachoeiras (os escorregadores estavam fechados). Os slides não são cobiçosos, não faz sentido fechá-los. As pessoas lá já testaram negativo antes de vir para Maui, por que fechar o slide

Unfortunately it was far less than expected. As an owner we come every year and love it.However this year was different.Because of COVID there were lots of changes, some good some bad.Excellent cleaning and sanitation but no food or drink and very little bell service.The worst was the lack of valet.The parking is very limited and if you don’t find a space in the structure you have to park 3-5 blocks.Since we have a handicapped person that is not appropriate.There is no reason a valet can’t wear a mask and glove and take the car.Truly that was the worst.Also because of lack of staff every time we needed somethingWe needed to call.Very frustrating but we survived

In the same boat as other recent reviewers have described. We are currently at the resort and almost EVERYTHING is closed (much more than described in the website). We are staying in a 1 bedroom without a kitchen and even the communal kitchen is closed which is NOT advertised nor mentioned ANYWHERE. Kids activities are non existent and even internet speed is extremely slow (4 Mb down!!). This is a colossal failure on Marriott's part. Never have I been this disappointed in a Marriott property. To think that I was considering adding more points to our timeshare ownership...

La mayoría de las instalaciones (tenis, gimnasio, bar de la piscina) abrieron después de que la gente se quejara Estuvimos allí la semana de Navidad 2020 El edificio es más antiguo en comparación con los complejos turísticos cercanos La playa es excelente, pero hay rocas, hay que ir unos 100 pies al norte para evitar las rocas. La piscina es increíble, con cascadas (los toboganes estaban cerrados). Los toboganes no propagan covid, no tiene sentido cerrarlos. Las personas allí ya dieron negativo antes de venir a Maui, ¿por qué cerrar la diapositiva?

People there are already tested negative before coming to Maui, why close the slide

O que é uma propriedade linda. Como todos os outros clubes de férias, o paisagismo, as instalações e as acomodações são de primeira qualidade. Devido ao COVID, existem muitas restrições e nenhuma atividade planejada, mas isso não impede uma experiência maravilhosa.

What a gorgeous property. Like all other Vacation Clubs, landscaping, facilities and accommodations are top notch. Due to COVID, there are many restriction and no planned activities, but that doesn’t detract from a wonderful experience.

I'm a Maui resident and this is the second time I've stayed at Marriott's Ocean Club. I absolutely loved my stay a couple years ago, but was unfortunately disappointed recently. My sister was coming to visit and I wanted her to have the same wonderful experience I'd had before. I splurged for the oceanfront villa - I had a mountain view room last time so I figured this would be amazing. Unfortunately they were painting the exterior. Our view had ropes hanging through the middle of it for the entire 4 night stay and painters passed up and down our window for the first two days. The smell of paint was so strong at first that we couldn't open the windows, and the deck was locked from the outside because paint was drying and plastic bags covered the railing so we couldn't sit out until day 2. I accepted this as part of the low reopening rates and just unfortunate timing, but it was hugely disappointing. It got worse though. The jets in the bathtub didn't work and we had to call someone to fix them. Once fixed, the jets turned on by themselves when no one was near the tub and couldn't be turned off. When we asked about this, we were told it's normal and happens in other rooms all the time. Then the toilet overflowed even though there was nothing blocking it. Someone came and fixed it while we were gone, but no one cleaned the sopping towels on the floor we'd used to clean it. When I asked about it, they said no one could enter the room to clean during our stay because of new health measures, and yet they'd entered to fix the bath and the toilet so it didn't make sense. I bagged the dirty towels and left them outside our door, but we were stuck with a dirty toilet water bathroom floor for the rest of the trip. There were beautiful and less expensive oceanfront vacation rentals at different hotels and on Airbnb available when I was looking. I booked Marriott because I wanted the best experience. It was a mistake and I wish I could redo this trip with my sister somewhere else.

We have recently had the pleasure of having a couple of staycations at The MOC. I must say, with times being as stressful as they are during Covid, this was really the get away we needed to bond again as a family. I want to thank Diana at the front desk for really creating an experience I have never had before at this Marriott. Tom and Jonny at the pool were also so very helpful. We understand it may not be easy to run a hotel during this time so we appreciate the staff being thorough and understanding of our needs. Although the restaurants are not open, it is great to see all the families utilizing the grills on property and the kitchen amenities. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you!

Honda wrote the book on forward thinking for one industry, Marriott dominates in the realm of comfortable surrounding inside an intimate experience for thirty guests. Thanks to the founders of companies like Marriott's, for remembering service before profit, a rare breed.

Hotel de Maui, agradable, alejado del aeropuerto más de una hora con tránsito regular, debes arrendar vehículo obligatoriamente, no lujoso, costo alto. Buena atención, dentro de la constante de todos los hoteles del sector. Compartes lugares, reposeras, playas, restaurantes, y toda la infraestructura del resto de hoteles del lugar.
