Quarto era limpo, bom serviço, funcionários muito prestativos, mas hotel um pouco cansado. Estaremos de volta, porque os benefícios pesam muito a necessidade de refrescar.

Necesitaba un lugar para quedarse por trabajo. El hotel olía a cigarrillos y marihuana por todas partes. El ascensor tenía algo derramado durante la noche y no había ninguna señal de piso mojado. La cama era vieja. Las mesitas de noche estaban rotas. El desayuno era bueno. Eso es todo.

Precisava de um lugar para ficar para o trabalho. O hotel cheirava a cigarro e maconha por toda parte. O elevador tinha algo derramado durante a noite e não havia sinal de piso molhado. A cama era velha. As mesas de cabeceira estavam quebradas. O café da manhã era bom. É sobre isso.

Needed somewhere to stay for work. The hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana everywhere. The elevator had something spilled in it overnight and there was no wet floor sign. The bed was old. The bedside tables were broken. The breakfast was good. That’s about it.

Chegamos tarde e fizemos o check-in. Tínhamos uma suíte e quando entramos, havia uma capa no sofá. Não pensamos em nada até irmos abrir o sofá-cama para o meu filho!! OH MEU DEUS! Foi horrível! As almofadas estavam todas arrebentadas! Meu marido disse a eles que se eles colocassem esse sofá na rua, ninguém o pegaria! Se eu pudesse postar as fotos eu postaria! O quarto cheirava a fumaça velha e tudo o que eles podiam fazer era borrifar o quarto para nós!! Não havia outros quartos!! Escusado será dizer que fizemos check-out no dia seguinte! Estávamos planejando ficar 4 noites. Liguei para Fairfield Inn e consegui um quarto sem problemas que cheirava muito melhor! No entanto, o gerente do Hampton me deu seu cartão e disse que se eu voltasse dessa maneira, ligue para ela e ela me dará 1 noite grátis! Não vai acontecer! Para este ser um estabelecimento Hilton foi muito decepcionante!

We arrived late and checked in.We had a suite and when we walked in, there was a cover on the sofa. We didn’t think anything of it until we went to open the sofa sleeper for my son!! OMG! It was horrible!The cushions were all busted up! My husband told them if they put this sofa out on the street no one would take it! If I could post the pictures I would! The room smelled of old smoke and all they could do was spray the room for us!! There were no other rooms!! Needless to say we checked out the next day! We were planning to stay 4 nights. I called Fairfield Inn and got a room with no problem that smelled so much better!However, the manager at Hampton did give me her card and said if I ever came back this way call her and she will give me 1 night free! Ain’t gonna happen!For this to be a Hilton property this was very disappointing!

Se Hospedaram para um evento nas proximidades. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, até se ofereceram para guardar minhas malas enquanto meu quarto ainda estava sendo preparado para o meu check-in no final do dia. Eu definitivamente posso recomendar.

Stayed for an event nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful, even offered to hold my bags while my room was still getting set for my check in later in the day. I can definitely recommend.

Não tão bom serviço. Claramente alguém estava fumando no meu andar e havia cães também quando animais de estimação não são permitidos. A equipe nunca me contou os detalhes sobre como posso pegar meu lixo e como obter mais papel higiênico ou sacos de lixo. Ninguém nunca esteve na recepção.

Not so great service. Clearly someone was smoking on my floor and there were dogs as well when pets aren't allowed. The staff never told me the details on how I can have my trash picked up and how to get more toilet paper or trash bags. No one was ever at the front desk.

Staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.The property needs upgrading but we were satisfied.Our stay definitely benefitted from the helpfulness of and consideration by the staff members, especially when management was not as responsive as they needed to be.

Este foi o 3º Hampton Inn em que ficamos em um período de 2 semanas e foi ótimo !!! O pessoal da recepção Rosemary e Manuel são excepcionais !! Amigável, prestativo e gosta de onde trabalham. Apreciei sua ajuda durante o check-in, extensão do hotel e check-out. A Marisol que dirige o café da manhã é uma campeã !! Ela se orgulha de garantir que os alimentos que as pessoas comem sejam saborosos e frescos. Os quartos eram limpos e tranquilos. As senhoras de limpeza também foram úteis com toalhas extras e outras vezes que precisávamos para uma estadia de semanas. O ginásio estava limpo e as máquinas eram boas máquinas. Novamente, uma ótima experiência para uma família viajando com 2 crianças.

This was the 3rd Hampton Inn we stayed at in a 2 week period and it was great!!! The folks at the front desk Rosemary and Manuel are exceptional!! Friendly, helpful and like where they work. I appreciated their assistance during check in, hotel extension and check out. Marisol who runs the breakfast is a champ!! She takes pride in ensuring the food people eat is tasty and fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. The ladies cleaning were also helpful with extra towels and other times we needed for a weeks stay. The gym was clean and the machines were good machines. Again, a great experience for a family traveling with 2 toddlers.
