“nothing can be better in this hard times to fly than a welcoming service like the crew of the Tryp hotel at the Airport. The whole reception and concierge team was amazing, i am 82 years old and we had problems with the reservation due Airline issues and they kept my booking for the same price I reserved with the agency. Already there they contacted my son to let him know that I was there already and everything was ok.\ The concierge team was attentive and helpful and even one of the gentleman called Igor helped me even to go to buy food for diner(something that they don't need to do as employees) chapeau to Igor for hisdedication to the guests and affect to deal with the customers. thanks Tryp hotel and crew for your hospitality, definitely I recommend this place for your stay at the airport.”
