“Overall the hotel is quite nice, the location is super convenient and the rooms are quite comfy.
Pros
- Large rooms with large bathrooms
- Great location
- Easy check in and check out
- Upgraded before arrival
Cons
- AC in my room didn't work. I suffer from Hyperhydrosis and couldn't get my room cooled down.
- I took advantage of the "Park and Stay" but there was a ton of confusion as to how it worked. The garage attendant told me to go to the front desk, front desk said to go down to talk to the garage attendant.
- Customer service at the desk was lacking (other than Eugene) - they made me seem like I was annoying them.
- When you order food to be delivered, they make you come down to get it rather than having the delivery person bring it to your door. Defeats the safety purpose because you have to come into contact with even more people that way.”

“Pleasantly surprised by The Marquette Hotel. The Marquette is a boutique property offered by Hilton's Curio Collection and it is a gem I'm glad I discovered. The property offers all the typical amenities you will find a traditional hotels, such as a full service restaurant, fitness center, and executive lounge. What makes The Marquette unique is that it has completely retained its historical character. As a Hilton property, you still enjoy the benefits offered by Hilton and for Hilton Honors members.The service here was good. I especially appreciated the high level of service and attention by the entire restaurant staff. Every morning I received a genuinely friendly greeting and was provided prompt service without being overbearing.Another nice feature of The Marquette is its location in downtown Minneapolis. The hotel is connected to the Skyway, which is very convenient during cold winter months.Insider tip: Request a high floor room to enjoy the city view.
