My stay was from 11/20/22 - 11/25/22. This hotel was clean and centrally located right off of Katy Freeway. Even though this location is considered to be in the Energy Corridor area, it is farther out than I expected but worth driving the extra few miles. There were a lot of great shopping and restaurant options nearby. So close that the stores and restaurants were literally on the opposite side of the freeway. There was even a Cracker Barrel so close that I could have walked. :) They have a nice bar area, indoor pool, and buffet breakfast. I would have given this location 5 stars if both elevators weren’t down my last 2-days there. It was so annoying to have to carry my luggage down 4 flights of stairs. But other than that, this hotel has great staff and I look forward to staying there again in December. Minha estadia foi de 20/11/22 a 25/11/22. Este hotel foi limpo e centralmente localizado à direita da Katy Freeway. Embora este local seja considerado na área do Corredor de Energia, é mais longe do que eu esperava, mas vale a pena dirigir alguns quilômetros extras. Havia muitas ótimas opções de compras e restaurantes nas proximidades. Tão perto que as lojas e restaurantes ficavam literalmente do outro lado da rodovia. Havia até um Cracker Barrel tão perto que eu poderia ter andado. :) Eles têm uma boa área de bar, piscina coberta e buffet de café da manhã. Eu teria dado a este local 5 estrelas se os dois elevadores não tivessem caído nos últimos 2 dias lá. Foi tão chato ter que carregar minha bagagem por 4 lances de escada. Mas fora isso, este hotel tem uma equipe excelente e estou ansioso para ficar lá novamente em dezembro.

Staff is ill mannered. They had a broken elevator on day 1 of check in, they said they will fix it in a day..Next day the second elevator also broke down. With 6 floors using stairs is not a viable option. I saw a few elderly peoplestruggling and guy on wheelchair stranded. Please avoid this place. It's a shame on Marriott brand A equipe é mal educada. Eles tiveram um elevador quebrado no primeiro dia do check-in, disseram que iriam consertá-lo em um dia. No dia seguinte, o segundo elevador também quebrou. Com 6 andares, usar escadas não é uma opção viável. Eu vi alguns idosos lutando e um cara em uma cadeira de rodas preso. Por favor, evite este lugar. É uma pena para a marca Marriott

Staff is ill mannered. They had a broken elevator on day 1 of check in, they said they will fix it in a day..Next day the second elevator also broke down. I wasn't impressed by the front desk personnel.Two different employees were rude and unhelpful.I'm handicapped and have cancer. I'm in Texas for surgery so I need a shower chair.I started asking for a shower chair the night before I needed it for several Dr appointments that day. I even went to the front desk and spoke with the clerk 3 hours before my first appointment, I explained the situation, she said the houseman would bring it, I called the front desk an hour later, was told the houseman had just shown up which eould give me plenty of time. However he never showed up before I had to leave.I had to go without a shower. The female housekeeping staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel. Não fiquei impressionado com o pessoal da recepção. Dois funcionários diferentes foram rudes e inúteis. Sou deficiente e tenho câncer. Estou no Texas para uma cirurgia, então preciso de uma cadeira de banho. Comecei a pedir uma cadeira de banho na noite anterior, pois precisava dela para várias consultas com o Dr. naquele dia. Eu até fui na recepção e falei com a recepcionista 3 horas antes da minha primeira consulta, expliquei a situação, ela disse que o caseiro ia trazer, liguei para a recepção uma hora depois, foi informado que o caseiro tinha acabado de aparecer qual poderia me dar bastante tempo. No entanto, ele nunca apareceu antes que eu tivesse que sair. Tive que ficar sem tomar banho. A equipe feminina de arrumação foi maravilhosa, muito simpática e acolhedora. Eu não recomendaria este hotel.

I was very displeased that the hotel was out of clean towels. After traveling all day sometimes you don’t want to be bothered with the interruption of housekeeping, so I opted out of housekeeping on Sunday. However, later in the day I requested new towels only to be told there were none and none would be available until the next day. This is unacceptable that a multi million dollar hotel chain doesn’t have enough clean towels for their guest. This made me a very dissatisfied guest and will never use Sheraton again! Fiquei muito descontente que o hotel estava sem toalhas limpas. Depois de viajar o dia todo, às vezes você não quer ser incomodado com a interrupção do serviço de limpeza, então optei por não fazer o serviço de limpeza no domingo. No entanto, no final do dia, solicitei novas toalhas apenas para saber que não havia nenhuma e nenhuma estaria disponível até o dia seguinte. É inaceitável que uma cadeia hoteleira multimilionária não tenha toalhas limpas suficientes para seus hóspedes. Isso me tornou um hóspede muito insatisfeito e nunca mais usarei o Sheraton!

The bathroom is okay but I’d bet the shower head hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. Slowest damn elevator I’ve ever seen, $13 breakfast that’s worse than most continental breakfasts. Go somewhere else! Está no extremo mais medíocre da mediocridade. Grande janela que serve a um propósito: mostrar a maldita unidade de ar condicionado ou a ferrugem atrás da placa. O banheiro é bom, mas aposto que o chuveiro não foi limpo desde que o hotel abriu. Elevador mais lento que eu já vi, café da manhã de US $ 13 que é pior do que a maioria dos cafés da manhã continentais. Vá para outro lugar!

Great location with many restaurants near by. First thing I noticed was how clean everything appeared and smelled. Nice modern amenities and spacious rooms with ceiling fans as well.Nice modern furniture, doors, bathroom and comfortable beds.Rooms are very quiet.Will consider staying here again. Ótima localização com muitos restaurantes por perto. A primeira coisa que notei foi como tudo parecia limpo e cheirava. Nice comodidades modernas e quartos espaçosos com ventiladores de teto. Nice móveis modernos, portas, banheiro e camas confortáveis. Os quartos são muito silenciosos. Considerará ficar aqui novamente.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue del 21 al 25 de Junio, 4 adultos, dos habitaciones juntas en el piso 2 (habitación 207 y habitación 206) y desayuno buffet incluido. Inicialmente las primeras horas de la estancia en la habitación no notamos algún inconveniente, sin embargo conforme pasaron las horas nos percatamos de que en la habitación 206 la taza del baño sin razón alguna expulsaba demasiada agua incluso podías estar haciendo del baño y en cualquier momento el agua de la taza te iba a salpicar considerablemente, lo cual es bastante desagradable y antihigiénico. Posteriormente llegó la hora de dormir y el ruido de los compresores del hotel que están justo en el piso 2 se volvió muy molesto y alto, lo cual nos impidió dormir en ambas habitaciones (207 y 206). Al siguiente día en la mañana los 4 adultos esperábamos nuestro desayuno buffet ya que así lo pagamos al hacer la reservación, sin embargo el hotel no cumplió con este y lo que recibimos ya que era lo único que había fue cereales, pan y agua durante toda nuestra estancia. Ese mismo día a las 9:00 a.m. reportamos en la recepción lo que sucedía en ambas habitaciones y solo nos decían que el hotel estaba al 100% de su capacidad por ende después de las 13:00 p.m. nos cambiarían de habitaciones, después nos decían que no que hasta las 16:00 p.m. y finalmente nos dijeron que los de mantenimiento checaron los inconvenientes que les dijimos y que según ellos no pasaba nada, entonces tuvimos que hablar con la “asistente del gerente del hotel” pero ella muy altanera y de forma grosera nos dijo que no nos iban a cambiar por que según ella estábamos inventando todo, así que hicimos que fuera con nosotros a la habitación 206 para que ella misma viera lo que pasaba sobre todo con la taza del baño que era lo más desagradable de la habitación y solo así nos dijo que únicamente a los de esa habitación nos cambiaría al siguiente día, así que básicamente nos hizo perder todo el día y nos cambió hasta que quiso. Después en la noche en una habitación del mismo piso unos huéspedes tenían un perro que no dejó de ladrar toda la noche y no dejaba descansar, por lo cual a las 7:00 a.m. nuevamente fuimos a recepción a quejarnos y finalmente nos cambiaron las dos habitaciones al piso 3 pero seguía el molesto ruido de las turbinas. FINALMENTE RECOMIENDO NO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL Y SI LO HACEN CHEQUEN: 1. QUE SUS VECINOS NO TENGAN DE ACOMPAÑANTE EN LA HABITACIÓN A SU PERRO (amo a los perros, pero hay lugares adecuados para ellos no un hotel). 2. CONSIDERAR QUE NUNCA TE VAN A DAR TU DESAYUNO BUFFET. 3. NO QUEDARTE EN HABITACIONES DEL PISO 2 Y 3 DEBIDO AL RUIDO DE LOS COMPRESORES.

el edificio es bueno, las habitaciones también aunque si aire acondicionado es antiguo y ruidoso, la gente es muy hospitalaria y ayudan en resolver los problemas.
