“I have to give Cabana Bay a 5 star rating. The reception staff was wonderful and helpful! The room was clean and the resort itself was full of great amenities. The only issue that I had was the food prep staff did not seem too happy like at Disney World but the food was still good with a good variety. We will definitely be staying at this resort again in the future! I recommend staying here if you need to stay at a Universal Resort and you are on a budget!”

“We just checked in today 1/5/2021 and so far such a wonderful experience!! For starters they are taking temperatures as soon as you walk in to check in so the safety concerns are appreciated! BIG shout out to our wonderful helper at the front desk Andrea! She helped us check in and was so helpful! She went ABOVE and beyond to make our stay even more wonderful! The room was clean, and bed was comfortable! The view was also really nice. Definitely recommend”
