“hotel and rooms very n8ce however despite having a kettle and cups no tea or coffee provided I did query this with reception and was told rooms up until 8th floor only have kettle no tea or coffee. Very strange and disapointing”

“A room was booked for 2 nights weeks before the business trip. When arriving at the hotel I got the message it was overbooked and they wanted to put me in an other hotel. I selected the hotel because this is next doors to the office, so I was not pleased with the message. For 220€ per night this cannot happen. I got another hotel in the end also in the area but not meeting the same standards. You don't play like this with your customers, this is really bad management.”
