“The hotel itself is fine but certain staff members were extremely rude to us. One of the receptionists was very rude and condescending specially when we asked for face masks even though in the hotel digital system it was written that we could ask for face masks. Instead of being polite she told us we can’t have two masks “because it’s a courtesy okay” and when we asked for an extra water bottle she said we need to wait till 6 PM even though we had asked her at 10:30 AM. She clearly doesn’t belong to the hospitality sector because her other colleagues were courteous to us. Even our waiter at the breakfast table was very unpleasant and didn’t really care to even listen to the order before running away and as a result we didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. The whole vibe of the hotel was pretty negative. The concierge however was very helpful and she explained everything very well and helped us plan our sightseeing activities and suggested great restaurants and bars for us. But overall we don’t recommend this hotel at all because apart from the location there isn’t anything that makes this hotel stand apart.”
