Fui ao rooftop, muito bonito, serviço excelente, não é barato e vale a pena para ir com os amigos ou com quem quer sair. Fica próximo de uma das escolas mais famosas de música e do Lincoln Center.

O hotel é bem bom. Limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro bom e localização ótima. Tivemos um pequeno stress com o frigobar defeituoso que demoraram um pouco pra arrumar e mesmo assim não funcionou muito bem. De resto foi tudo bem. O lobby onde a internet é gratuita é bastante aconchegante. Nos quartos a internet é paga e cara.

Hotel histórico proximo ao Central Park. Hotel onde supostamente seria o hotel de Chuck Bass na série Gossip Girl. O letreiro é um verdadeiro marco.

Hotel clássico e com ótimo atendimento, muito bem localizado se você quer ficar perto do agito de wall street, porém a noite as opções ficam mais escassas, valeu a experiência, existem vários pontos turísticos para serem visitados nos arredores.

Ficamos hospedadas do dia 06.02 ao dia 11.02 e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.Staff super atencioso, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Leo, Luis e Danny. Super bem localizado,perto do metro e com varios restaurantes próximos também. Super recomendo!

Já faz alguns anos que eu me hospedei no The Empire. Foi no natal de 2013, queria ficar lá por causa do seriado Gossip Girl e consegui uma oferta pelo Priceline. Realmente muito bonito e tudo o que eu esperava. O quarto é confortável e ficou bem quentinho nas noites mais frias do inverno. Só perde 1 estrela por causa do box do banheiro, que não é inteiramente fechado, então quando tomamos banho acaba molhando o piso todo. Bem chato. De resto, os funcionários e limpeza, excelentes.

Local excelenteperfeito,perto de tudo, vc esta na 62 a Columbus Circle esta na 58 a Times squardna 42 .Aqui é enfrente ao Lincoln Center do lado do Central Park o metrô é na frente do hotel estação 63 . Quarto limpoatendimento otimo,com local d guardar as malas antes do check-in ou após o check-out. Ajuda muito.Aqui tem um rooftop aqueles bares no telhado com vista da cidade .

The location is perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a remodeled room and felt that the staff was very friendly. We were apprehensive because of previous reviews but ultimately we would stay here again.

First off, the hotel room is hideous. The artwork makes you want to vomit. The amenities are sparse, the bathroom has fixtures with rust on them, the shower pressure is weak, a gardening can would outshine it. The only saving quality is the body lotion which is high quality.Sincerely, A NewYorker

Unusual tiny bathroom.The room was clean with great view.But, no one answered when we called the front desk.The water from the shower flooded the floor because it seemed to back up, so we had to get extra towels to put down before showers.The hotel is in a great location, right across from the MET and Julliard.There was no breakfast, not even coffee, due to covid I was informed by the front desk.

Really enjoyed the place. Had a lot of space. The vibes we're intimate and cozy. The food and drinks were really good. Service good. Definitely will be returning.

Came here for New Year’s Eve. Beautiful atmosphere! It has a rooftop bar, and a restaurant on the ground floor plus all the shopping on Columbus circle 3 blocks away is amazing. The staff here are very kind courteous professional and helpful 5 stars all the way.

Great location, great room location- center front, well decorated. Mr. Luis at the front desk during our check- in and during our stay was exceptional! The male staff were kind, helpful, polite and friendly, they made us feel right at home. It was reasonably priced and I'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel velho, banheiro muito pequeno não tem espaço para a pia, quarto pequeno, terrível, preço muito alto para o que se entrega.

Lo califican como hotel de 4 estrellas y no llega a tres,habitación con olor fuertísimo a humedad,no funcionaba el aire,sin servicio de minibar,mucho ruido en la habitación que da al patio trasero debido a los conductos que hay fuera, los únicos puntos de luz en la habitación son dos lámparas una de mesilla y la otra de pie,el wifi apenas llegaba a la habitación solo de forma puntual,el hotel deja mucho que desear,lo calificaría como un hostal!!!

I was in this hotel "Empire Hotel" from Friday to Monday .. Unfortunately I have to pass a bad review ... In my room 922(aren't know, if that happens in others rooms) the sink from the first day was bad, I could not wash my hands or teeth Since the sewage coming out of the pipe, the bad smell penetrated the entire room.I called the front desk every day and they never fixed it and they didn't change my room either :( that's nothing ... At night and at dawn a bad smell explodes coming from the bathroom plumbing, it's as bad or worse than a dead person in your room, when you bathe the water is dammed and the sewage is returned to your feet: / bad bad: / I think it's not just that room, this hotel has big problems in its pipes and drains, that you puts you in danger of getting an infection in your body Add pictures day by day: / Sorry but I don't recommend this hotel: / . . . Estuve en este hotel "Empire Hotel" desde el Viernes hasta el dia Lunes.. Lamentable que tenga que pasar un mal review... En mi cuarto 922 ( Yo no se, si esto sucede en otros cuartos) el sink desde el primer dia estaba malo, no podia lavarme las manos, ni los dientes ya que las aguas negras saliendo por su tuberia, el mal olor penetraba toda la habitacion. Llame todos los dias al front desk y nunca lo arreglaron y tampoco me cambiaron de habitacion :( eso no es nada....En la noche y el amanecer explota un mal olor proviniente de la tuberia del baño, es tan malo o peor de un muerto en tu cuarto, cuando te bañas el agua se represa y las aguas negras se devuelven en tus pies:/ malo malo :/ Yo pienso que no es solo ese cuarto, este hotel tiene grandes problemas en sus tuberias y desagues, que te pone en peligro que te de una infeccion en tu cuerpo. I was really looking forward to staying here but unfortunately it was quitea disappointment. While the hotel lobby is lovely, the actual room & accommodations are unfortunately not 4 star at all. I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights in a superior king room. None of the days we were there did housekeeping come through, our heater was broken in the sense that it either had to stay completely off or the room turned into a sauna even at the lowest setting. All of the furniture was fairly old and chipped, wobbly or dirty/stained (see pictures, even stains on the lampshade), odd layout and placements (like the fridge inside of the wardrobe?), jarring wall patterns everywhere and the quality was nothing like a different 4 star hotel I had stayed in for two nights prior. The view of “the courtyard” is just a straight look into other peoples rooms (and kind of depressing) so we couldn’t keep our curtains open without accidentally making eye contact with other guests in their rooms, and our room was really dark even with all lights available on. We received the handicap accessible room though we hadn’t chosen it/didn’t request it, so bathroom was pretty outdated and didn’t have any vanity space, instead just an old rolling metal shelf beside the sink. When we asked if there was another room we could move to for all of these reasons and more (i truly never ask for this type of thing) we were met with a short response and told there was nothing they could do. While the location was good, you can definitely find better in the area for a similar price. I feel like I overpaid for a nice lobby (the bar in the lobby was closed the entire time though) but nothing else. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

Reception and all greeters (and there were quite a few) are very professional and personable. Room was nice and in an ideal location. I was in awe of all that was around, including Target, Starbucks and Duane Reed for reasonably priced convenience items, The Lincoln Center for world class entertainment across the street, and great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk. Add to that the best price the weekend before Christmas and you could not do better. PS Metro station is a 5 -7 minute walk. It was so cool I didn't notice the time.

Muy regular. Las habitaciones carecen de comodidad. El costo o tarifa del hotel no comprensa con la incomodidad que tienen Los baños están muy deteriorados. Lo bueno es la gente que atiende. Ya es hora de mejorarlo

Hotel céntrico en Manhattan, habitaciones y limpieza bastante bien, piscina pequeña y con horario limitado a los niños ( hasta las 18h) eso es el punto débil puesto que cogí ese hotel por mis hijos. Muy cerca de Central Park y con el metro justo al lado. Genial comunicado.

El hotel en general está bien! es bonito y moderno, las habitaciones no son muy ampliaspero están muy limpias!muybien situado y las camas muy cómodas! Si vais a pasar unos días en la gran manzana lo recomiendo! Vistas desde la habitación espectaculares! Abajo del hotel hay un starbucks!

Excelente hotel, la ubicación es inmejorable. Agradezco muchísimo la atención de todos, desde los muchachos que recibían las maletas, la seguridad, todos, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Hubo ciertos detalles insignificantes a mejorar, pero nada relevante, es el proceso de ir mejorando justamente (problemas con un ascensor justo en nuestras estadía). Un saludo enorme

Habitación pequeña y muy ruidosa encima de los aires acondicionados del hotel, con ruido constante 24h. Imposible descansar bien. Nadie nos informó en la reserva que la piscina está cerrada todo el verano (principal motivo de escoger el hotel). Sin piscina habríamos escogido otro hotel sin dudarlo. El precio que se paga el muy elevadopor lo que nos ofreció (250$ noche). Fue el peor hotel de nuestra estancia de 15 días en la costa Este de EEUU con diferencia. El wifi en habitación se paga a parte y tampoco incluye desayuno. Nada recomendable.

Location rules is a lesson we have learned through our travels! And the Empire Hotel’s location can not be beaten in NYC. But for the great location you have to sacrifice and here you will sacrifice...
