Fiquei por 6 noites e o hotel é bastante completo. O hall de entrada tem um aquário lindo. Fiquei em um quarto deluxe com WiFi grátis e de frente para a rua. Há uma construção ao lado mas seu barulho não atrapalhou. Há TV tela plana com vários canais premium e um soundbar da Bose. Bastante confortável e com localização perfeita: muito perto do metrô 49 St e da Times Square e TKTS Booth.

Funciona mas como motel ya q solo es cuarto pequeño y baño. Nada d cocina nada d microhonda ni una cafetera al menos. No tiene rest ni cafetería. La vista ninguna, un edificio en construcción feísimo.El personal es nice. Creo q lo único bueno q tiene es el personal y la ubicación ya q es una d las áreas mas visitadas d NY (Time Square). Si es solo para bañarse y dormir es perfecto. Fue lo q hicimos, nos pasamos visitando un montón d lugares espectaculares. Y las fotos d su publicación no son reales pues no cuentan con los servicios q ya mencioné.

Acabo de entrar a mi habitación, el peor cuarto que he entrado en mi vida, el espacio es mínimo, no existe decoración, hay ruido muy fuerte, el color de las paredes es muy feo, la cama es muy pequeña y de malísima calidad, espero que lean esto y jamas piensen en quedarse en OYO, jamas.

Super convenient location, clean, easy to figure out. Everything is small but it works for sleeping and getting ready to go out! No frills no thrills, just a nice simple clean place! Every single staff member was overly nice!

Stayed for two night in 2 different types of room. The first room was really tiny, and smells really bad. I would say that they must improve the cleanliness. There are hairs on the towel, yellow stains on my pillow and some weird stuff that stains on the wall. It feels disgusting. The body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty🙃 And the hallway smells like a weed store😂 Small elevator that only fits three ppl max. The second night is more expensive so the room is bigger, but also there is only one towel in the room and no hair dryer. Overall the staffs were nice and friendly, but the rooms were not so good. Wouldn’t consider staying here next time for sure🥲

The pricing of this place is excellent. And it's right in the middle of Times Square. However, the pictures of rooms on their site are completely misleading. The room was so small, that the bed takes up 3/4 of it. There was maybe 2 feet between the bed and 3 walls around it. It was very disappointing to say the least. The bed was comfortable, and we did manage to sleep through the night. We did run into the corners of the bed often as there was extremely little room to navigate. Don't plan on watching much TV as there are only 13 channels to choose from with nothing on any of them. We had 7 outlets in the room. Only 2 of which even worked. I had to blow-dry and style my hair in the bedroom because even the bathroom outlet did not work. The elevators held maybe 2 people at a time if that. The stairs are super narrow as well, only one at a time, but that was ok. Super friendly staff for the times we interacted with them.

Le pongo una estrella porqué no hay 0. Atención al cliente PESIMA. Me dejé una chaqueta y traté de contactar 5 días seguidos con el "manager", sin éxito. Parece que el manager no trabaja ni un día a la semana, y tampoco los "housekeepers". La chica de la recepción me dijo literalmente "no puedo ayudarla".... Me vuelvo a España sin chaqueta y muy descontenta con su servicio. 0 recomendable.

Estancia muy mal. Ruido insoportable, sabiendo que es un hotel en la,ciudad, no hay ningun tipo de insonorizacion en la habitación.No tuvimos limpieza todos los días. Persiana rota y no la arreglaron. No se puede dar tan mal servicio a un precio tan caro

The rooms are really small for it's price. Cable is basic as can be with only three to four channels. The view isn't that great. You look into a construction site - not there fault if a building is going up. - windows are sealed shut. Has a safe and small closet space. Great for a single person just needing a place to crash for the night in NYC.

Nos registramos ayer en este hotel y por motivos de obras en el exterior ajenos al hotel, se escuchaban muchos ruidos. No tardaron en cambiarnos de habitación rápidamente. Lo cual agradecemos. La limpieza de la habitación es buena, la ubicación perfecta. Calidad precio está muy bien. El personal es excelente.

Principal vantagem a localização!!! A localização é espetacular.Equipe do hotel atenciosa , mas os quartos são realmente pequenos e o fato de que pegamos um quarto com uma janela minúscula aumentou ainda mais a sensação do tamanho. Tirando isso esta ótimo pelo custo benefício!!!

Cuidado com os seus pertences, eles podem ser roubados neste hotel !!! Chegamos antes do check-in, por isso deixamos as malas no Guarda-malas devidamente rotuladas e marcadas com o atendente para pegarmos quando voltarmos do passeio. Quando chegamos ao hotel uma das nossas mochilas tinha sumido ! A mochila continha medicamentos de uso contínuo e outros itens pessoais. Tentamos resolver pelo menos o problema mais urgente (pedimos ao gerente que encontrasse um médico que pudesse atender minha namorada para receitar a medicação). O gerente do hotel não tomou nenhuma ação e simplesmente nos ofereceu um café da manhã de cortesia. SÉRIO ???? NO fim a mochila não foi devolvida, eles nãopagaram o preço dos itens e não chamaram um médico. Foram extremamente descuidados, desrespeitosos e antitéticos.Os quartos e banheiros são apertados, com as janelas e corredores pequenos.Existem muitas opções melhores na área.Não vale a pena pela localização. Ficamos em outro hotel com muoto mais conforto, espaço e privacidade pagando menos.-----------------------------Beware of your belongings, they can be stolen in this hotel !!! We arrived before check-in time so we left the bags properly labeled and marked in the storage place to pick up when we got back from the tour. When we arrived at the hotel one of our backpacks was gone !!! The backpack had continuous use medications and other personal items. We tried to solve the urgent problem at least (asked the manager to find a doctor that could attend my girlfriend to prescribe the medication). The hotel manager took no action and simply offered us a complimentary breakfast. REALLY???? The bagpack wasn't turned back and they didn't paid us the price of the items in it. They were extremely careless and disrespectful and antithetical. The rooms are small and tight. There are a lot of better options in the area.

Pagamos uma diária a mais para ter o quarto livre na chegada. Nos deixaram da madrugada (5 a. m.) até 7 a.m. aguardando limpeza do quarto. Somente então descobrimos q o quarto era para casal com uma só cama. Daí em diante foi um pesadelo de acusações sobre de quem era o erro. Finalmente decidiram nos dar um quarto maior com uma king size.Conseguimos entrar no quarto às 15h. Passamos 20h acordadas. Foi um sufoco! E tivemos q aceitar as condições do hotel. Todos os funcionáriossão simpáticos frios distantes e não resolvem nada. Nos disseram q não trabalham com twin beds somente queen e king. E estamos assim...!

NÃO FIQUEM NESTE HOTEL!!! Péssimo Em menos de dois dias troquei 3 veces de quarto primeiro quarto estava sujo, cheio de teias de aranha e todo cagado. Depois o segundo não se podia dormir porque o ar condicionado estava estragado. Um único elevador a funcionar num hotel de 11 andares! Do quarto a recepção demoramos 30 minutos! Não fiquem neste hotel!!!!

INFENAL, INFERNAL, they put us on first floor front, the noise you can not imagine , construction just in font and beside, a nightmare to sleep. I know it is Time Square and the hotel is really well located but first floor front roim is impossible to sleep! Very desapointed with this! Escandalizada com o barulho das obras que rodeiam o hotel, as janelas não são blindadas, um verdadeiro pêsadelo, a localização é central mas nos deram o primeiro andar e de frente, mesmo eu tendo escrito, pedindo por telefone e tb na hora do check in. Quando pedi para mudar de quarto disseram que o hotel estava lotado. Realmente 4 dias praticamente sem dormir! Péssima experiência!

O hotel eh mto bem localizado. A dois passos da Times Square. Mas, infelizmente, houve um toque de malandragem desde a hora que chegamos. Nossa reserva foi feita pelo Decolar, pagamos um pouco mais caro no pacote para ser um certo tipo de quarto, com cama queem e mais alto...pois ja tinhamos ouvido que os quartos baixos frontais eram barulhentos. Na chegada nos enfiaram em um quarto no 2 andar, de frente para a rua, com cama de casal. Reclamamos com o hotel e com o Decolar e mudaram no dia seguinte. Alias...nao dormi a noite inteira..de tanto barulho...tem uma obra na frente do predio..e caminhoes de lixo funcionando durante horas. O barulho é tanto que nos 3 quartos que passamos tinha tampões de ouvido fornecidos pelo hotel. No segundo dia, ao chegarmos no quarto, era o ar condicionado que nao funcionava mais. Eram 23h e estava um empregado mexendo no ar e tentando arrumar. Nao tendo conserto, a solucao oferecida pelo hotel foi um aparelho de ar condicionado portatil (daqueles barulhentos..dentro de um quarto minusculo)...e alegaram que nao havia outro quarto disponivel..Eu me recusei a aceitar o tal barulho portatil nos meus ouvidos e cobrei que nos mudassem de quarto...instantaneamente surgiu um quarto vazio ao lado do nosso....esse sim com ar funcionando, com cama grande, sem barulho, virado para tras, como tinha sido na minha reserva. Bom...alem disso têm coisas que nem podemos reclamar pois estao na descrição do hotel, mas que valem ressaltar pois fazem falta no dia a dia: nao tem frigobar, nao tem chaleira, e no nosso quarto nem exaustor no banheiro. O atendimento é, por muitas vezes, rude. Várias vezes encontramos no hall o mesmo sujeito que estava na times square oferecendo drogas a quem passava. E o sr que é mensageiro do hotel, que guarda as malas (que o hotel guarda sem custo) faz uma certa pressão para que você aceite a indicação de taxi que ele oferece por US $ 75,00. E ja ouvi tb comentarios aqui dizendo que o hotel nao cobra taxa de resort ...e cobra sim...de nós cobrou US $ 15,00 por diaria... Alem disso tb nunca mais compro pacote nenhum na decolar pois tive problemas com a cia aerea e com o hotel e eles se isentaram completamente...entao nao serviram pra nada. Resumindo...apesar da maravilhosa localização, nao recomendo este hotel.

Bom atendimento, bem ambientado e cheiroso. Quarto no tamanho padrão de New York e bem funcionais, ambientes mais escuros com foco no descanso e repouso. Servem água, café e leite na recepção sem custos adicionais. Hotel muito bem localizado.

-Excelente localização, limpeza e atendimento!! -Fica exatamente ao lado da famosa escada da Times Square!! Próximo de tudo! Nos hospedaram num quarto com cama de casal e pequena... pedimos um quarto maior... nos colocaram num quarto enorme, 2 camas de casal king, banheiro confortável e ar condicionado ótimo. A única ressalva foi a falta de um frigobar! Pela categoria do hotel seria bem propício um frigobar!!De fato, devido às construções em frente ao hotel, o barulho coMeça cedo 🙄🙄-meus dois filhos ficaram em outro quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. O quarto apresentou problema na janela, mas foi rapidamente resolvido!Enfim, amei o hotel! Quem sabe na próxima vez eu me hospedo nesse mesmo hotel!!Vale lembrar que guardaram nossas malas após o checkout por 4h, até o momento que fomos para o aeroporto.

A Diamond in the Rough. Beautiful on the inside, nice staff when I went. Construction outside and could walk on by. Definitely recommend to give em a try!!!

Do not stay at this hotel. This hotel is not somewhere you'd want to stay if you expect a clean experience with any privacy or rest. My room was not cleaned properly before I checked in, and there were stains on the bathroom walls and there was a used bandaid on the floor. The walls were paper thin and I could hear what my neighbors were doing very loudly very late at night for several hours (and what they were doing was not family-friendly). There was an entire building being built across the street with jackhammers running all day and night, and construction being done inside the hotel as well. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room included no amenities (no hairdryer, no iron, no dresser, no desk). There was a clothing rack, but all the hangers on it were sticky. When I wanted to call the front desk, the phone had no information on or near it about how to contact the staff or the information about the hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. I'd understand staying here if you just needed the essentials, but given that you can't even get a proper night of sleep here, the price is just not worth the cost.

A family with a kid arrived 7AM have offered to pay extra to get their room early. However, Fatima front desk girl have disrespected the guests and shouted it is 3PM check in. However, many guests have got their room since early AM.Walter asked for extra money for upgrade so we can get the roomS around 1PM. I don't think this is legit hotel with proper staff.I HAVE BEEN IN 150+ COUNTRIES HOTEL SHOULD BE ABOUT GUEST EXPERINCE NOT DISRESPECTING THE GUESTS.

Pleasing aesthetic in the lobby upon arriving. I was able to check in about an hour early. It was a quick process. Elevators are very tiny making any more than 2 people very uncomfortable. Your room key is required to ascend to your floor. Room doors slam and seem to have no trim padding. The room was clean, and a decent size for a brief stay, although the space between the end of the bed and the wall was incredibly narrow forcing me to side shuffle to reach the bathroom. There was an open closet alcove with hangers and a safe. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. In the room, aside from the bed, was a nightstand/shelf, small round bedside table, phone, separate trash & recycling receptacles, wall mirror, recessed overhead lighting, and positionable wall lighting. The bathroom was small with no space for toiletries, as the glass ledge had a lean and any products would roll off into the sink. Lighting in the bathroom was completely inadequate for any makeup application. Walk-in shower was a good size but would be better suited with a fixed glass panel. The shower curtain was eh, and did nothing to prevent the water from soaking the bathroom floor. I was provided with 4 clean towels and a floor mat. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and filled the necessitation. Water stayed at a consistent warm temperature. The bed was comfortable for a double, and the linens were clean. I was able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay, but could have used a heavier, more season appropriate bedding. There was construction that began early morning just outside of my window. I was somehow able to sleep off & on through it for a few extra hours. Overall, I believe this is a good place to stay if the price were at or below $150/night. I would stay here again for a quick business trip, but I would not bring anyone who has issues with small spaces or mobility difficulties navigating tight areas.

I booked a deluxe king room through Groupon for 3/11/22 thru 3/13/2022. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my reservation couldn’t be found by the receptionist Rachel. Rachel then gives me a standard full bed room that’s literally a closet. She then charged my card $300 extra dollars for incidental fees when really it is only $50 a night I found that out the next day by the morning shift supervisor when I called to see if my reservation was found. When I saw the room I walked right back down stairs ready to check out there was literally no room to walk, no place to put our bags. The bed was like the cot from the movie “Harry potter and the sorcerers stone” (painting a picture). When I went back to the front desk I said “how do I get my money back that room is a closet” Rachel then says you only book a queen bed anyway! (How would she know that if she claimed that she couldn’t find my reservation! And why was she so rude about it?) I checked my reservation and I actually booked a deluxe king which I showed her! Then she gives me the correct room (smug look on her face and no apology for the mishap) which isn’t bigger than the standard full just enough room for a bigger bed! No desk, no chair, no good mirror, the closet space will not fit your belongings, the room had no view whatsoever and to be on Times Square the view is important! The bathroom was not the cleanest and luckily I always pack Lysol and Clorox wipes so I wiped the bathroom and room down completely. No refrigerator, no microwave, no cable. The tv only had 13 channels and they weren’t the good ones. There’s construction going on in the hotel so it’s not the pretty site you see on the pictures, there’s no parking at the hotel. They use a parking garage that’s 10 minutes away and it’s $40 every time you park and not just a night so if you park your car it’s $40, if you take you car out on the same day it’s $40 when you go to park it again! When I spoke with Jeff the hotel manager I wasn’t pleased with the outcome! He didn’t care that I was over charged or how I was treated. He did however said he’ll give me $195 of my money back (haven’t received) from my stay and my $300 will be released. I felt like the receptionist should have been reprimanded but she wasn’t nor did I receive an apology from her personally. I well never stay there Again and I encourage anyone else who is thinking of staying there to seek another hotel! It’s not worth the money at all!

Great location just 1 block from Times Square but... The doors are extremely loud when they are closed (people release their doors and they slam shut), you can hear your neighbors running water, there is only 1 elevator, which can barely fit 4 people and is extremely slow. The bedrooms and bathrooms might be too small for larger people.Our heat wasn't working in our first room (it was 30F-40F outside) so they moved us to a different room. The HVAC is VERY loud when it's on.Their cleaner didn't clean our room, and they didn't have any clean towels to bring us at midnight. We had to wait until next day.

Booked a room (via comparison platform) and than got the information that price did not cover a so called „resort fee“ ($40 per night). Cancelled my reservation due to that reason. Sorry, but such hidden costs are unacceptable!

Rooms are okay if not a bit small and basic. Has the usual toiletries, hairdryer, safe and TV. Staff are lovely. There is a $50 per night deposit which is taken when you get check in. For our trip it was $200 per couple per room (8 people, 4 rooms so $800). It wasn't done as a hold on the card, they actually take the money out the account. The hotel is awful at returning the deposits. It has now been a month since our visit and we still haven't received the refunds back. None of the rooms were damaged and we have phoned and been told it will be back with us.. but when? Tried emailing multiple times.. nothing.. tried calling.. get nowhere just the same it'll be done soon. We want to go back to New York soon but will definitely be looking for a different hotel.

El peor sitio en el que jamás haya estado, hace unos días que me volví y no paran de llegarme cobros indebidos cuando PAGUÉ, absolutamente todo estando allí y es más pagué una fianza que no seme ha devuelto. El hotel tiene un edificio en obras enfrente que no te deja dormir porque trabaja todo el día, la habitación está "correcta". No tiene ni armario. El agua caliente no funciona...he ido en febrero era genial ducharse con agua fría. Cuando hagáis la reserva asumid que es más dinero porque este hotel te suma una tasa diaria de 35 dólares (tasa que algunos hoteles ponen y otros no, no es obligatoria)... Sorpresa al llegar! Conclusión no repetiría, no lo recomendaría a nadie y por supuesto espero que me devuelvan mi dinero, porque me habéis cobrado casi 2 veces por la estancia

I went on February 4 2022 for my bday the hotel looks great !! Also it’s located super close to Times Square. And the people are friendly. HOWEVER! My husband and I after paying everything when we arrived to Miami we got a extra charged. And it’s not like they clean the room the nights.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa! Los empleados muy atentos y habitaciones muy cómodas! Queremos volver en 2022! Y queremos volver al mismo hotel! Me encantaría que se pusieran en contacto con nosotros!

Le doy dos estrellas porque la ubicación es perfecta. Ahora los inconvenientes, puedo entender que por la noche entre luz a la habitación por estar tan cerca de Times Square y por el Hecho de que allí no usen persianas, pero no acepto el ruido que entraba durante toda la Noche. Allí nunca paran, esto quiere decir que quizá a las 3-4 de la mañana pase el camión de la basura, o si tienes la mala suerte (como nos paso a nosotros ) que había una obra enfrente que escuchábamos hasta cuando hablaban los obreros, la solución es que tenga insonorizadas las habitaciones sobre todo las que dan a la calle de Times Square. Íbamos dos parejas y en la habitación de los otros la ventana estaba rota y entraba frío (fuimos en invierno). Luego la cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba bien. Pero después de todo el día fuera necesitábamos descansar y el ruido nos lo impedía.Recomiendo coger un hotel un poco más lejos( en la siguiente calle de Times Square ) que habrá menos ruidos y luces, seguro que es más barato y podrás descansar mejor.

Relación calidad precio está genial. La cama es cómoda y la ducha es buena, que es lo más importante por qué básicamente es lo que utilizas. La ubicación es fantástica y no se escuchan ruidos de la calle ni de times square. Por las mañanas en el hall del hotel hay café para llevar. La atención del personal es muy buena. Muy contentos la verdad.

Hotel en inmejorable situacion. Establecimiento: Hotel a poquisimos metros de TIMES SQUARE. Es bastante pequeño por dentro, tanto el edificio como las habitaciones, aunque esto ultimo dependera de la habitacion que elijas. La nuestra era la basica con cama de matrimonio y era chiquitisima con ventanas hacia un patio de interior. El lugar es FREE SMOKE. Hablan Español perfectamente y te atienden de maravilla. La habitacion se podia habitar aunque tenia bastantes manchas del tiempo, zonas que al pisar se hundian y enchufes que no funcionaban. La habitacion basica solo tiene un pequeño armario, caja fuerte, un escritorio y el baño pequeño. Servicio: Un trato del personal genial. A todos los "problemas" que tuvimos recibimos solucion al momento. POr las mañanas a eso de mlas 7:00 ponen una mesa con cafe en la planta baja junto a las ascensores. Hay un restaurante que no dimos uso ya que era unasiatico , aunque no preguntamos si daban mas tipos de comida a parte. Aconsejable preguntar si optas por comer alli, aunque estando el hotel donde esta hay de todo abierto 24h al dia 365 dias Precios: No podemos decir nada del precio dado que iba incluido en el paquete del viaje, pero suponemos que no tiene que ser muy elevado para la zona que esta. Tened en cuenta que hay que pagar a parte por cada dia 15$ por habitacion en concepto de tasas de internet etc ( esto ocurre en todos los hoteles , informaros siempre para no llevaros sorpresas)El tipo de TAX e del 8% aprox en NY que no tiene nada que ver con las tasas anteriores por habitacion. Pros: La hubicacion, la posibilidad de antes de dormir poder tomarte un refrigerio en pleno Time Square, en el cual no hubo un dia que no hubiese un evento expectacular. Contras: Limpieza de habitacion y desperfectos varios. Aunque casi ni lo notamos porque nos llevabamos todo el dia fuera , estaban y cuando vuelves de un dia agotador aprecias esos pequeños detalles.

Justo al lado del hotel están construyendo un edificio. En las habitaciones que dan a esa calle es imposible dormir, ni con tapones. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos dieron otra. Solucionamos el problema de los ruidos pero esta no tenía cortina. No teníamos privacidad y entraba la luz. Lo comunicamos y nos dijeron que no había cortinas. Pedimos algo para tapar la ventana y nunca llegó. Tuvimos que utilizar las toallas y ropa nuestra. Nos compensaron con tres desayunos gratis. Y en esos desayunos nos íbamos encontrando más españoles que no habían dormido y habían solicitado cambio de habitación.

Excelente ubicación. En pleno Times Square, con estación de metro en la calle de enfrente. El personal es amable y algunos de ellos hablan español. La cama, aunque se hundía por el centro, era comodísima. En contra, habitación muy pequeña (estuvimos en la 315); si bien cumple con lo necesario, cuando llevas tanto equipaje agradeces algo más de espacio. El "armario" apenas medía medio metro de ancho. El espacio entre los pies de la cama y la pared era para pasar muy justo. Además, había muypoca luz. Durante nuestra estancia, había obras en el edificio de al lado, y algún día nos han despertado a las 5-6 de la mañana; pero te dejan unos tapones.

Don't be duped by the pictures, I'm not the first to say this and I won't the last. The price - I paid $1300 for seven nights, the room I had wasn't a $185 per night room. The noise - There were foam...
