“En este hotel , me abrieron la caja fuerte de la habitación con la llave del personal ; me robaron mi Rolex Submariner , todo mi dinero y el de mi esposa . En su momento nos dijeron que nos iban a responder con el seguro y ahora no nos quieren ni contestar los correos. No hay cámaras en los pisos NO LO RECOMIENDO”

“Esperaba mas de NH Collection, el hotel está bien ubicado y es cómodo, pero faltan muchos detalles, ofrecen cafetera y calentador de agua y tienen leche caducada, sólo el primer día, después tuve que pedir que repusieran si quería café con leche. El frigorífico no funcionaba, llamé a recepción para que lo revisaran, el baño tuvo que repasarse de limpieza cuando llegamos…. El personal no es nada agradable y no atiende como merece un hotel de esta categoría… no cuidan al cliente, ni una pregunta sobre qué tal la estancia…. En fin… debe mirar algunos detalles.”
