“It's a nice hotel in central Barcelona but has it's ups and downs. Not close to metro, it's a good 10 minutes walk to Hospital station or more to Diagonal. Bus station is a lot closer. Outside noise gets in the room as the windows don't close properly anymore - overhaul needed. Wallpaper comes off the wall in some places, should be fixed. For the rates paid breakfast should have been included. You can see that the hotel is a bit old but it's maintained and everything is working fine. Especially liked the shower with massage. Bed was super comfortable and the room was big and spacious. Would book again.”

“Huge room. Great views of the city and a superb location. Staff were extremely friendly and they actually upgraded our room at no extra cost - that was a nice touch! What we disliked - it was extremely hot when we were in Barcelona and the AC wasn't functioning at a 100%. It only cooled the area exactly in front of it. Because the space is quite large, it took hours for the room to cool.”
