Beautiful hotel. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, but I am used to american hotels. You can get a room overlooking the park, you'll see green parrots flying around as well as the beautiful tall majestic Roman pines.

We booked the junior suit with a terrace looking onto the park for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we where told that the room had 'technical differences' and we would be moved to there sister suit. We were assured that we would have a beautiful room with a lovely view. We where taxied to another hotel that had a tiny balcony looking onto old roof tops, it was terrible. The service was terrible, no one knew what was happening at the other hotel, it ruined our honeymoon as we had planned everything from the original location, we have complained to no response! We did not even receive any compensation for the inconvenience! Shocking service, would never come back.

Unfortunately this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Positive: the location is really perfect for exploring Rome and I really liked the food. Negative: the hotel room was really dirty with hair on the bed and dirt stains everywhere including the bathroom. Unfortunately the staff refused to give me a new room and only offered to re-do the bed (without changing the sheets entirely). A lot of my other colleagues also had very old and dirty rooms, one even had ants! I think if the hotel would get a renovation, there would be a lot of potential for a great place to stay.

La habitación era muy pequeña y vieja. (Nada que ver con las fotos de su web). El agua de la ducha no salía con mucha fuerza y pasaba de estar muy fría a estar excesivamente caliente, no había manera de encontrar punto medio. Avisé del problema de la ducha y lo desagradable que era pero no hicieron nada y me pasé los 5 días igual. La tv perdía señal de vez en cuando. La terraza que tienen arriba estaba cerrada y en su web la ponen como una opción muy agradable para tomar algo. Pedí comida a domicilio la última noche y, cuando avisé a recepción, me pusieron mala cara. Me pareció un desastre de hotel para las estrellas que tiene, fui por trabajo pero no volveré ni recomendaré a mis compañeros que lo hagan.

Todo genial. Las habitaciones limpias, grandes y completa. El personal insuperable, súper simpátiques y con una atención buenísima. El desayuno muy completo y para todo tipo de dietas. Está en muy buena localización al lado de Villa Borghese y a 20 minutos andando del Coliseo.

The hotel is nice, location is pretty good also, but the most important is the staff. I had Fabrizio’s full support regarding the food and beverage and he is simply amazing! Also, Walid is very nice. Highly recommended to stay in touch with them two when there. The best!

One week ago I returned from Rome where I’ve spent a wonderful time with my family in this hotel. With a central position, close to historical points of interest and parking! The rooms are spacious and clean overlooking the park, Villa Borghese. The staff is really nice and available to help. Especially with breakfast, Mrs. Maria Luigia has been so kind every day during our stay. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.

Parecía que todo iba bien porque el alojamiento parecía estar bien. Pero Alfinal nos cobraron los espaguetis la tasa turística por duplicado antes de llegar a Italia y después. Que espabilados de pasar a 5 estrellas se han cargado todo el viaje. Última vez que esta gentuza espagueti me roba así. Además de ser roma la ciudad más incívica y sucia del planeta. Tercermundista todo. Pésimo sin palabras.

Great place to stay, has an awesome location since you don’t have to access the restricted car area, yet you’re able to get to a metro station in a 15 minute walk and most famous places within a 30 minute walk. The staff is awesome, and the restaurant team is spectacular, Luigia and her colleagues are always willing to help despite language barriers.

Marquei um quarto entre os dias 03/10/18 e 06/10/18e para meu espanto o hotel estava em overbooking, devido a um simpósio nessas datas. Não fui avisado com antecedência e fui confrontado com a imposição de me deslocar me para outro hotel. Espero que alguém responsável do grupo nh collection análise estas situações e tome as devidas medidas punitorias para que isto não volte a acontecer aos seus clientes. Nem um pedido de desculpas me deram. Considero estas situações ultrajante em hotéis desta categoria

Hotel com estacionamento, quarto confortável e limpo. O ponto negativo foi na hora de fechar a conta, onde eles cobraram por serviços não prestados e mesmo após constatarem o erro só abateram 50% do valor cobrado.

O ar condicionado do quarto 409 não funcionou durante a noite. Pedi na recepção para resolver o problema, na manhã seguinte, a recepcionista informou que seria ligado. A noite novamente foi desligado e o recepcionista do turno da noite pela segunda noite informou que o ar condicionado é desligado durante a noite. Foi extremamente grosseiro e se limitou a informar que não poderia fazer nada . Dia 19/04/2019 . Uma pena porque já me hospedei outras vezes e não tive problema. O senhor da recepção deveria ser mais atencioso.

A entrada do Hotel só tem escadas. Para alguém com muitas malas, idoso ou cadeirante é muito inacessível. As pessoas são cordiais mas o quarto no qual me colocaram é minúsculo com uma cama realmente pequena. Não há espaço nem para acomodar as malas e uma mesa muito pequena para trabalhar, que precisa ser disputada com outros objetos. Quando perguntei se poderiam me dar um quarto com uma cama é um banheiro maior, pelo que estou acostumado, inclusive em férias, somente me disseram que o hotel estava cheio. E hoje continuou com o café da manhã. Peguei a bebida, café e quando fui pegar a comida, o garçom tirou tudo e deu minha mesa para outros!!! Realmente, não consigo recomendar este hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso ao lado da Vila Borghese, com vista para o parque. Quartos muito bem decorados e banheiros modernos. Tivemos a sorte de resrvar um apto com uma agradável varanda para apreciar a vista no final de tarde.Café da manhã completíssimo com muita fruta, pães de todos os tipos e uma máquina de café (expresso, capuccino e outros) que só falta falar!Muito próximo da estação do metrô (isso é importante, pois o trânsito é horrivel como em qualquer grande cidade).Ao lado da famosa Via Venetto com maravilhosos restaurantes.Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso.Nada de negativo para falar. Só pontos positivos!

Nice views on Villa Borghèse pin's canopy from terrasse rooms. 5' walk to via Veneto. Breakfast average. Good mix Price for averall vs 5* Cleanliness border Line.

Pensé que NH era algo respetable , pero la habitación superior con “ vistas” la verdad una vergüenza. La cafetera estaba toda sucia, las cápsulas de café abiertas, teníamos hormigas! , el piso con manchas de humedad y el papel de la habitación un desastre. No volveré y espero que nadie venga. I thought NH was somewhat respectable, but the superior room with "views" was really a disgrace. The coffee pot was all dirty, the coffee capsules were open, we had ants! , the floor with moisture stains and the wallpaper in the room a mess. I will not return and I hope no one will come.

Las habitaciones pequeñas y el baño minúsculo. No te puedes secar el pelo sin darte con la puerta en el codo. Sorprendente en un hotel cuatro estrellas. El desayuno buffet sin comentarios, no funciona bien el tostador y solo existe ese para todo el comedor!!! Una de las cafeteras tampoco funciona. Una pena de desayuno para el estandar de calidad que se espera de NH y de esta categoría de hotel. El termostato de una de nuestras habitaciones no funciona correctamente. Y sigue en vigor el comentario de 2016 sobre el tiempo de respuesta del bar-restaurante para servir un sandwich, una hora!!!, sin tostar y el queso sin fundir!!!. Por decir algo positivo, la cama es muy buena. No recomiendo este hotel. Es una pena.

He estado 5 días en el hotel, 3 por trabajo y 2 por placer. Hotel muy bien situado y bien comunicado. Ideal para convenciones y también para viajes de placer. Moderno y muy agradable. Habitaciones amplias y acogedoras. Personal muy profesional y atento, imprescindible mencionar a Vincenzo y Sonia de congresos, Carlo, Enrica y Salvatore del servicio de restaurante, Pablo de recepción y Michael (Barman), que nos han tratado de manera excepcional. We never felt Covid safe in this hotel.The entry into the hotel was too relaxed with no safety checks on arrivals. Our temperature was not taken at any time, anywhere in the hotel. The porter put our baggage on the trolley and came up in the small lift with us.In other hotels there is sanitizer on each floor by the lift but not here.The breakfast was understaffed and thus crowded and chaotic with little distancing. The parking was ridiculously expensive at €45 per night. Check in was very, very slow with only one person behind the desk. The hotel also lost an item that was supposed to be delivered to our room.

Very good service, good location, very good room and very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Staff great. We stayed for one night on our way from south America to the middle east. Very good option, about 1 hour from the airport (we payed 75 euros on a van shuttle).

We arrived to a beautiful welcome at reception . Rooms were nice and clean. Toilteries and water topped up daily. Our holiday was to celebrate my sister's recent appointment as a solicitor. I emailed the hotel beforehand, they arranged a lovely surprise. The room was decorated with balloons , complimentary drinks, and a gift bag. It was so thoughtful. Carlos in the breakfast room was very friendly and so welcoming. He went above and beyond every single day. Loved my stay, Rome is beautiful. Thank you NH hotel.
