“Lovely hotel in the most convenient location! The place was modern, well kept, the staff were courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with tourist advice, using the metro, restaurant bookings, taxi bookings and anything else we asked for. The location literally couldn’t be better. Termini is so easy to get to from airports or anywhere in the city, there was no worry about getting lost or stuck somewhere.
Breakfast was lovely and they have plenty of shaded seating on the veranda, overlooking the hotel gardens. An amazing start to the day.
Rooftop bar is a great addition, albeit a cocktail sets you back 17 euros… but this is to be expected from any decent hotel bar.
Although I agree with other reviews that it’s not as luxurious as other 5* hotels, I firmly believe the price reflects the experience. If you wish to be waited on hand-and-foot like you would be in a £1000 per night hotel, you should find somewhere which charges you that much money and then try to convince yourself it was worth the extra 🙄
