There are plenty of valuable guest privileges at the 1000-room Universal's Loews Royal Pacific. Accommodations are arrayed in a series of seven-story buildings with bright Polynesian-style decor and lagoon or park waterway views. Pillowtop mattresses with 300-thread-count cotton linens flat-panel HDTVs and iPod docks are also standard in rooms. Wi-Fi is available for a fee in the rooms and is free in the lobby. Guests skip the lines at Universal Studios and Universal's Islands of Adventure hop aboard free water taxis connecting the hotel and the Universal parks gain entrance one hour early at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and get priority reservations at select resort restaurants. Kids age 17 and under stay free. Additional hotel highlights include a zero-entry lagoon pool set on a white-sand beach with a children's water play area and a poolside bar. There's also a 5000-square-foot gym a croquet lawn a volleyball court and a game room. Children are allowed in the activity center for a fee. On-site dining includes an Emeril Lagasse restaurant. Shuttle service to Universal's parks and Wet 'n Wild is free. The resort is within walking distance of both Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure. Wet 'n Wild water park is 10 minutes away and SeaWorld Orlando is 17 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 12 miles from the property.

“This was my hotel for 5 days. Beautiful hotel, that had a 10 minute walking path to the parks. The theme parks and city walk were easy to navigate, because it was all in one area. So you can go from one park to another. The pathways were very well lit. So if you like walking, this is the best option. Now I have one complaint, the the food at the hotel is good, it is very expensive. But that is to be expected. I had the diner plan, so I ate at the parks most of the time. I would recommend this place because you get fast pass skip the line in your stay, that is worth it. I myself went with an agenda to experience Halloween nights and ride the Veloceraptor coaster, visit Harry potter world. I accomplished that. The fast pass came in handy.”
