Es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Instalaciones a la medida y buena ubicación en el centro de DORAL. Hay otros hoteles de diferentes categorias en el área.A 25 minutos del aeropuerto.Buen desayuno bufet. Lamentablemente me pareció que ubican el dinero sobre el servicio al huésped. Los camareros condicionan su amabilidad a las propinas en el desayuno SELF SERVICE!Tampoco me gustó la atención del front desk. Pero la mayoría de personas cumplieron su trabajo. Hicieron un cobro NO AUTORIZADO a mi tarjeta de débito. Pero FUE DEVUELTO después de un par de días. Gracias por eso. Fuimos un grupo de amigos a una reunión. Tres habitaciones. Puedo decir que el hotel no hizo nada mas allá del servicio contratado para hacernos sentir más cómodos o bienvenidos. Servicios adicionales incluidos con mi estadía fueron el Gym y la piscina. De buena calidad.

Hotel bem bacana próximo ao aeroporto de Miami. Quartos amplos. Acredito que seja um 4 estrelas. Geralmente não está incluso o café da manhã, então atenção, pode custar mais de 15 dólares. Ah, está incluso o estacionamento. Não pense em ficar aqui se pensa em ficar próximo à Miami Beach rs.

Está sendo maravilhosa!!! Hotel limpo, funcionários muito gentis. Agradecimento especial para a funcionária Evelyn, gerente do restaurante, que nos atendeu em uma necessidade especial de restrição alimentar de um bb.

Please take note of the reviews about cleanliness of the room. I checked in at 4pm checked out at 7am. When I checked in I first checked the bed there was dried blood spots, hair in the bathtub and tub not cleaned. Light bulbs were blown on the lamps. I asked for a change of linen and there were flat sheets dropped off to my room. The floor was not vacuumed and there was trash under the desk. It was my birthday, triggered my anxiety and I cried until the next morning and let’s just say I was more than disappointed. If they put more effort in the rooms like they do the entry it might not be a bad place to stay.

Muy cómodo y limpio. El desayuno muy bueno, salvo que pese a haber reservado para tres me incluyeron sólo 2... tuve que pagar el tercero cada día. La ubicación no es la mejor pero a mí me servía por los sitios que quería que visitar.

Reserved a pool side room with a King, nothing was said at the counter when we checked in to find our room was not poolside and had a view of bushes and a roof with a hint of a musty odor. Stephanie at the front desk said they would not honor my reservation for a poolside room since it was made from a third party. She stated my issue is with the reservation service I used and she couldn’t do anything for me (I showed her the reservation which she appeared to already know was for a poolside room). Contacted the reservation service who contacted the hotel, determined the hotel reported rooms to them that they didn’t have and stated they would investigate the incident. Was able to check out and was told I would not be billed for the room/ refunded. We will see. In the room the shower leaked and there was a puddle on the floor from dripping and splashing. Maybe that was the musty odor? Not sure. Left out of there so fast I was just short of a burnout, no need for the rear view mirror because we didn’t look back. Stayed at another nearby hotel which was waaaaay nicer and when I got to the room it was what we rented!

First night here, another guest blasted loud latin music all night long and through half the morning from an adjacent room. Thin, barely insulated walls. I'm deaf so it didn't bug me too much, but it kept the wife and granddaughter from sleeping. They're too timid to complain, but I did and staff did respond and remedied the situation after my second phone call to the front desk. Relatively quiet the rest of the week--except for a few noisy departing guests early mornings in the hall. Nice friendly housekeeping staff--despite pretty much none of them speaking English. I did notice some mold growing under the lip the sink while on the throne. No ice machines anywhere. Had to go to the bar daily to fill our cooler for beach and pool trips. Beaches are a bit of a drive, so have a vehicle at hand. Nice pool area, but nothing all too special. Nice gym & landscaping. Pricey restaurant. Decided to go elsewhere after checking the menu. I'm finicky. Fair value for what you get, but the neighborhood is slightly sketchy after dark--like most of South Florida.

As a platinum ambassador member and booked for a long 6 day stay I asked for an upgrade and the only upgrade was to the 6th floor. Basic king deluxe room with no extra room or perks. Not even a decent view. Went to the front desk and they were useless. They do have a very nice breakfast buffet and the waiters are on spot. Pool is below average for an Intercontinental property. Free parking is great,though. Business center is excellent.

Very Nice and Clean Hotel. Nice decors. Friendly staff. We were able to use the computer and print documents 24 hours. They don’t have free breakfast but they have free coffee and tea as well as complimentary bottled water. I like that they have USB to charge phones. I will definitely come back.
